Tacos El Kalifas

What a find. Drove by on a Saturday on my way to run errands and saw this taco stand. Fresh avocados being pitted in the back table, meats being grilled, the smell of savory grilled chorizo waft around you. Really hit the spot. Washed it down with some strawberry agua fresca. The owner was really friendly and welcoming to us. They are here usually on Thursday and Friday nights and all day Saturday and Sunday. I hope to come back!

Found this gem on IG. Finally took the time to make it down there to taste the tacos and boy they did not disappoint! Located on the corner of Valley and Beech, they have an awesome set up. The food was delicious and the salsa spicy just like I love it. They were very friendly and explained everything to us. We ended up ordering almost one of everything. 10/10 highly recommend.

Amazing. Place is underrated. Hand made tortillas, great quality meat and fast service. If you are around the area I definitely recommend trying it. Usually open Thursdays to Friday. My favorite is the vampiro, toasted tortilla with guac and cheese. My only complaint is the price, for that it's a score of 4.4. Things can get very expensive quick. 4 items came out to nearly $20. However I can see the reason for that being the food quality.

Tacos and quesadillas are good, quality food and good flavor. The tacos are $3 dollars but the size is a normal tortilla not your typical street taco tortilla. Overall great place and really underrated.
