Tacos el Guero 3

Extraordinary and big flavors! The staff brings the carne over from the gourmet meat market next door. THAT alone is reason to come. The meats over there are prime + and they have real wagu. Mrs. Yelper approved, and she knows about Mexican chow.The eggs and carne asada in my chilaquiles were Excellent. I would go back just for eggs and steak. They use chips for the base, which is unfortunate because they get a soggy mess. BETTER to cut real tortillas into small square pieces and fry them. Comes out more delicious and crispy not swampy like you get with tortilla chips.Mrs. Yelper had menudo and loved it. Huge portion. (I can eat the stuff...I told her to brush her teeth before she comes near me.) We will be back!

Got to say this place has been disappointing so much lately. I went in 2 nights ago to get carne asada fries The service was horrible from the guy in the front I would ask to remove certain things from my order fries and the cashier kept rolling his eyes being sassy. When I got my food my order was wrong and I told the cashier about it and yet again seemed like me asking for my right order after paying $15 per plate was bugging him. After I got my new order of asada fries my fries were super soggy and my meat was all fat and chewy. They need to really fix their team that they have working there. If you're so annoyed of people asking to customize their order maybe you shouldn't be working in the food service. I've been having a stomach ache since Thursday night from the food I ate here. HORRIBLE Experience. I hate that I've recommended this place to so many friends yet they've treated me awfully and messed up my order on purpose yet again. Before getting all these influencers to come hype up your restaurant pls fix your staffs attitude asap or get people who really want to work not just BS around and chat it up.

Ordered food to go. Got the carne asada fries and the Birria torta. I did ask for no onions on both but they left them on there. I would have liked some fresh pico on the fries and more cheese but overall pretty tasty. The fries are nice and curious and not soggy at all which I LOVE that because most places it's soggy and greasy. The torta was the star of the show. The meat was so tender and juicy. It honestly didn't even need the side of sauce because it was so delish! I would definitely come back and recommend if you are in the area.

5 stars for the food and 4 stars for the pricies. A bit expensive but good Mexican food.

Customer service horrible, cashier is rude and skipped over our numbers in front of our face , she served customers that came behind us..20 minutes to served. Never going back!!!

Such delicious food & amazing, quick service! Had a special burrito with carne asada & some carne asada fries. HUGE PORTIONS!! Will be coming back sooner rather than later!!

Their burritos are SO FREAKIN GOOD. I get cabeza burrito with cheese and it's meaty all the way to the last bite. Tender and flavorful without being too salty. We usually use sauce and this time I got to go and forgot to get any and it tasted good without any sauce which has never happened. This is my favorite Mexican food restaurant

This place is excellent! We've had their birria quesadillas and it is so good! Their consume is delicious and so flavorful. Absolutely love coming here! Will for sure be back!

The cashier was not very friendly at her common phrase throughout our whole transaction was anything else anything else or is that all, Is that all, is that all. It's like she really didn't want to take the order,Based on my experience with her, The service looked grim. Yet when we received our food, the gentleman who delivered it was extremely friendly, saw that we were also feeding our grandchildren and offered to bring us an additional plate. He was extremely polite and very friendly.We ordered tacos, beans, and rice. The rice was overcooked and somewhat dry. The beans had an excellent taste. The Carne Asada seem to be dried out some. Overall your average taco plate. Nothing spectacular to write home about. They do have an attached meat market on the side. The dining space in front is somewhat limited and has about six tables. In a pinch, I would stop here to eat. If I had time I would go to one of my other favorite taco places they haven't been open long, so hopefully they continue to improve. This would be super convenient for me.

I went for the first time to tacos el Guero on January 24, 2025 and the tacos are a bomb there are the best tacos in the area. loved the flavor and freshness of the food. Employees are very nice and they make you feel welcome. I 100% recomended.
