Checked in last week with my Bestie for late night Burrito Date and had an Magically nourishing time thanks to the high quality Hospitality of all the Team Members who work here! I'm always impressed by how all the Novela Cast Members stay on task to get pre-closing duties knocked out together and the amazing fresh and flavorful taste of the Food. Bestie and I each got Carne Asada Burritos with Rice, Beans, Sour Cream, Guacamole, Cilantrio, Onion, and Salsa Verde and I also jazzed up my Burrito with Cheese and Salsa Roja as well! The Gentleman who crafted our Burrito for us was so friendly and attentive and neatly labeled the Burritos for us so we knew which one belonged to Me vs. Bestie :0) I love that they have Horchata and Orange Bang here and lots of Extra Lemon Wedges for us to enhance the Flavor of our Food too!!The Burritos and Horchata was so good and helped make our Bonding and catch up Time Extra Special and Satisfying. Thank You Tacos Del Rio for successfully maintaining all the Recipes we love and providing us with plenty of spontaneous play and laughter in addition to deliciously crafted Chingon Mexican Fuerza!

This used to be my go-to spot. The food was delicious, portions were good and the service was decent. Back then it was always busy, with lines that went out the door and down the sidewalk, so I stopped going for a while because it took so long to get food, but it was always great when I did.I started coming back recently because I noticed it's not as busy as it was before and I think I have an idea why. 3 different visits spread out over a couple months and all 3 experiences were the same- smaller portions, higher prices and horrible service. The people here simply aren't friendly. I guess they have a different owner now from before? Whatever the reason, this place went downhill and it's no longer my go-to burrito spot. There's too many better spots out there to bother going back here and giving them my hard earned money.

I'm going to try my best to simplify this review as they had my previous review deleted. So, I've been coming to Tacos Del Rio for years with the fam and when the old owner was still around, never have we ever had any problems then. I now sort of have a love and hate relationship with this place for the fact that they still serve up the best asada burrito I've personally ever tried in my life but the service here sincerely SUCKS. On my last visit (which is a 40 minute drive from Long Beach) I decided to treat my family to some yummy Mexican cuisine. My order came out to $80 and consisted of 3 burritos, 3 tacos, an asada fry, and 2 al pastor sopes. This is that type of place where they assemble your food as you tell them, like Chipotle. Considering the environment can be loud and the staff is also Hispanic, I ordered in Spanish to try to make it easier for them to hear me. This clearly didn't help as when I ordered 3 asada tacos the young heavy-set cook behind the counter had 6 tacos assembled. I told him I had asked for 3 asada tacos, not 6 however I was still ready to take them. He then began talking about me in Spanish to another staff member right in front of my face as if I couldn't understand. I respectfully called him out and told him that he had simply misheard me and he blatantly continued to tell me that I was wrong and he knew what he heard. Like I kid you not, this dude was literally going back and forth with me to the point where I just rolled my eyes and dropped it.At that point I was already upset and embarrassed as there was a line formed behind me that heard this moron disrespect me. Besides that I was even more upset that he had the audacity to speak to me like that in front of my little brother, whom I brought along. Talk about a lack of respect for the customer. Completely left a bitter taste in my mouth and this goes to show how one bad apple can compromise an experience and overall image of an establishment. Don't get me wrong though, I'll still be back as I'm obsessed with the food but next visit I'll have my mom place the take-out order so I can avoid any unnecessarily idiotic interactions with the unprofessional staff.3 stars for the food, 2 star deduction for the ghetto service.

My family and I really like the food here and they have a very friendly staff. So far our favorites are their All Meat Cabeza and Lengua Burritos. We get to go a lot and the wait's usually pretty quick.

I came in here more than 15 mins early and they weren't happy to see me . The guy behind the counter was cleaning then started touching the food I was going to order. He didn't speak English, so I asked someone else to ask him to change his gloves. He was nice about it. He started my tortillas and then went in the back and started cleaning again with his gloves. I asked the woman who translated before (very nicely) if he could change his gloves again prior to touching my food. She said with a huge attitude "he's going to change them before he touches the tacos". I thanked her and she rolled her eyes at me! Like girl, he literally touched my tortillas before so of course I'm going to have concerns and I didn't want to waste food. As someone who worked in the food industry for a decade, you're supposed to wash your hands before changing gloves and you're not supposed to clean with gloves, especially if you're going to touch food without changing them. Very disappointing and reminded me why I stopped going to them in the first place .

I've been going to this spot since it opened. The owner was a neighbor of mine. Heck, a relative of mine worked there at one point. Also, I watched an episode of Tosh.O which features an event that occurred here (look it up, it is pretty interesting). The quality of food hasn't changed and is still good. I moved away, which is why I haven't been by in a while. It has the normal fair for a fast food Mexican restaurant. The employees are friendly and quick. The line was out the door, which is normal, but I usually only have to wait outside for taco Tuesday, but with the speed of the staff, the line moves pretty quickly. The space is small, with only a handful of tables, which are usually full, so your best bet is getting your food to go. This is the go to spot in Eastvale for more authentic style Mexican food, and I try to swing by when I am in the area. Parking is tough and is usually full, so you may have to park on the street.

Hate to do this but this place is not good. For those of you who don't know any better, I'm sure it's "good" but in reality, the food quality is very poor. Tried most of their meets including a quesadilla and I was not impressed at all!!! There are much better places nearby to get much better quality tacos!!! The staff is nice and attentive but man!!! Food honestly sucks!!!! Pastor has NO FLAVOR!!! Their salsa has NO FLAVOR!! Beans are ok. All the other meats have NO REAL TRADITIONAL FLAVOR!!! Sorry to ruin it but I rather drive down to Norco for much better quality food!!!!

Alright, I've been to Taco Del Rio since I was a teenage. For the past almost 2 decades this place has been my literal standard for Mexican food. Coming from a shelter household I've honestly loved the people and the food here. From the infamous tosh.0 fight this place is great.Alright so for the food.Excellent and large portions. Al Pastor, chili verde/rio all hit different. I usually sub the carne asada fries with Al pastor. Ambiance you're not going to a 5 star. Burrito are all good, just get one. Breakfast burritos will literally send you into a food coma
