Tacos Catalina

Tacos catalina was one of the food truck vendors at Gabion Ranch neighborhood annual community gathering. Their lengua and asada tacos were delicious, the tortillas were soft and warm. They were also generous with the condiments onions and cilantro. Unexpectedly my order also include fresh cucumbers, radish and grilled onions and nopales.

I used to eat here at least once to twice a week. the food was excellent at first and the quality was there. fresh roasted chilies, sliced cucumber, radish and cooked cactus in all the dinner plates. Then as time went a few months I noticed the TACOS, BURRITOS and other plates had CHOPPED FAT MIXED IN WITH THE TACOS, BURRITOS and everything else had a lot of FAT mixed in to stretch the meat and this wasn't done before? I understand cost go up and so Have YOUR PRICES INCREASED to $3-4 dollars and Tacos $1-2 increase. I haven't returned in 4 months and I was very disappointed it use to be really good and more meat with less "GRISTLE & FAT" NO BUENO. Nice people terrible FOOD SERVICE with a Need for Better Food Quality.

Went there to try tacos for the first time and I can eat them everyday. Love the amount of meat in each taco and how it comes with sides and sauces. I can't wait to go back! Luckily it's 3 mins from my house.

Service and Food amazing always great ambiance! Great job!! And the carne asada nopales and sides I'm even going further and getting them to cater a special event can't wait

I came once. Ordered tacos and a tripas burrito. The burrito was soaking in grease, not a greasy burrito but sitting in an inch of grease. I posted a review then and they never got back to me with an apology or anything. I'll never recommend them or their food to anyone.

Parked here Wednesday to Sunday. Good but a bit pricey for tacos. The guacamole sauce is great!

I have recently tried their tacos and saying they are good is an understatement. They are amazing! Authentic, flavorful and fresh ingredients! Local which I love to support and honestly the best food truck I've ever tasted. I have tried their tacos de Asada, Al pastor and lengua. I'd say the lengua is probably close to best I've ever tried from a business and Asada was great. I need to try the Al pastor again. Great portions and I have tried different items as well (torta, and quesadilla). Horchata was great too! You need to give them a try! Take my money Catalina's!!!

Best cheese tacos. Love this food truck but I wish they updated their locations more frequently. Sometimes I don't see them at the usual spot and I wish I could eat here more often

The best thing about them is there customer service and how quick you get your fooTheir food is so delicious I eat this everyday. It's always made fresh daily and the watermelon drink is fire you gotta try it.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I ate their tacos de lengua every night when i was pregnant and have been missing it. They moved their location and i struggled trying to find it again. I followed their instagram and have just now found it again a year later. I would love to try it again but they're closed today.
