Tacos Al Fuego -Riverside

Came in about 11:30 Saturday morning, pretty empty but service was still slow. At one point I got up to refill my own water and we had to ask for silverware when food finally arrived.The prices are not great- I got three scalding hot shrimp empanadas they come with nothing else. My husband ordered the butter camarones (shrimp) came with some sliced cucumbers and it was $22No chips for free so why put a salsa bar out?We are the peppers on the salsa bar like they were appetizers because they were there and very mild. Our food was all spicy so yeah, I could have used a pitcher of water. Overall we didn't hate it, but it wouldn't be the first place we think of to return to. I asked the family sitting next to us if they had been there before and it was their first visit too. They liked it, but all their kids ate were French fries. Maybe a fun bar atmosphere But they need to work on their service to customers.

Good food. Really enjoyed it. It's little drive for me so won't be going too often. The ambiance was nice, the guitar player took request.

Great place, amazing service and super clean and inviting. Food was exactly what we needed. We will be back.

First and foremost the restaurant is very sheik! The bar is trendy and the mural is very cool to look at. The drinks are phenomenal, shout out to the bartender. If you have a big appetite I suggest you order the California burrito which is loaded with carne asada and French fries. They have a $9.99 lunch special with 2 tacos and rice and beans. A item that you must order is the chicken tinga flautas! Trust me those are full of flavor.

Came for a quick lunch on Labor Day. Fuego was open & ready to serve. We ordered 2) margaritas one reg one spicy cucumber. Chips & quac - Yum! The 3 crispy taco - messy but goodShrimp ceviche - Fab! Our server Dianne (2 N's) was so attentive, made our drinks which were super tasty & they were made to order (flavor wise; spicy etc)Dianne also was very knowledgeable of the menu & made suggestions according to our preferences as well which was great guidance for the menu. I def recommend asking for Dianne as your service/bar tender! & ordering the shrimp ceviche! The green sauce/ relish that comes with the ceviche is PHENOMENAL!!! I'll need the recipe pls

Delicious, high quality and reasonable priced food. We had the the aquachiles, carne asada and bajo tacos. The ceviche was pretty spicy but full of favor. The Baja taco wasn't over breaded and it was a large taco.

First time here after a recommendation from a friend. The restaurant is super clean and we had excellent service. They have a salsa bar and a nice bar with seating inside as well as outside. My carne asada street tacos were delicious and full of meat. On Tuesdays street tacos are $2.00 each. We really liked the chips and salsa too. I had a Fuego margarita which was perfect. Looking forward to going back soon!

The food is great. So are the drinks and draft beers. The had a DJ spinning tunes which was a cool vibe. I believe we are going tonight again.

Dianne with two n's was our specialty food and drink server. Number one the food was fresh and delicious!! And number two the drinks were wonderfully fantastic too!! We ordered the street tacos, the butter shrimp with cucumbers, and the blueberry and lime margaritas. Everything was 100% great. The atmosphere was perfect and all the employees were absolutely there to make sure you were well taken care of. It took me over a year to try Tacos Al Fuego out, but I am so glad I did. Go try them out, you won't be sorry. Tell Dianne with two n's I sent you.

I really want to like this place but every time I go it's worse than the last time. They started out strong but have been going downhill ever since. They also struggle with serving the food hot. Consistency of the food varies wildly from one visit to the next.
