I tried Taco Boss at Longshadow Ranch Winery. Best tacos I ever had. The owners are amazing, friendly and great cooks. Their salsas are authentic and they give you the opportunity to build your own taco and pick your own sauce which I found convenient for my two boys that like to have a plain taco. Their salsas go from mild to spicy. They also have delicious Mulitas and quesadillas with your choice of meat, as well as vegetarian options like salads and grilled veggie tacos or quesadillas. I have had tacos before, but now I know they were "tacos". Tacos boss is amazing with real tacos!!! Fresh ingredients, warm smiles and speedy delivery. Everything is made to order right there. Their food pairs nice with the wines, and the spices are on point. And the boss sauce... this needs it's own paragraph Taco Boss Hot Sauce sends your taste buds into nirvana. Excellent balance of heat and flavor. Just when you feel you need to take a sip the flavors come bursting through. I love chicken tacos and that sauce was outstanding on it.I definitely will be following them, and looking forward and to having some great wine and tacos!

We hired Taco Boss to cater our wedding back in October because we hands down wanted and needed some good Mexican food to celebrate with! Best decision we could make !! They were so great! Delicious food , they were on time , super clean & so friendly! Our guests loved them and had nothing but good things to say ! Real party pleaser! If you're looking for yummy, authentic Mexican food, PICK TACO BOSS ! They are a family business and will treat you like family! Also , their Al Pastor I highly recommend when picking from the Menu! So GOOD!

Delicious food! I got to try Taco Boss at Inland Wharf Brewing. The cheese was so yummy and the meat was cooked perfectly. That Boss Sauce was fire in the best way. You know this is a family run business and it shows in a great product and excellent service. I would highly recommend them.

just nowI hired them for my event last weekend. They were amazing! Food was delicious and the price was incredibly affordable. They cleaned up and left me a ton of leftovers. Look no further, call Taco Boss!

Just wanted to give a hugh shout out to the group at Taco Boss. They took care of us for Father's Day and my mother-in-laws 95th birthday, and what a great spread we had!. Highly recommend them and I'd give them 10 stars and will definately use them again. Delicious food. Best salsa too!! They nailed it.

I would like 2 say thank u thank u 4 everything. I had there service 4 my mother memorial. Let me tell u how awesome they was i gave very little if any information on what i wanted or how where i wanted them set up. All i did was leave the side gate open they came in saw the other decorations n setup n the perfect spot food was good hot n ready to serve my family the chips n salsa is so bomb omg those beans but anyway they was coming by picking up plates helped with cleaning was serving drinks n all all things i was not expecting thank u yessica 4 making laying my mother to rest just that much easier

Taco Boss is AMAZING! If you are looking for an awesome caterer then look no further! We used Taco Boss for our backyard wedding a couple weeks ago. Their food is just so delicious. Everyone raved about all of the food & are still drooling thinking back to the day. In addition to their amazing food & agua Fresca, their setup is beautiful! All of it fit our style perfectly & was exactly what we were looking for. We chose chicken & carne tacos, guacamole, beans (the best beans ever....seriously), rice, cucumber/lime agua Fresca, etc. We were even able to set up full vegan soyrizo tacos, beans, rice, etc for the handful of vegans in our family. Yessica is friendly, flexible, professional, easy to work with & amazing at what she does! We are still raving about the food and can't wait until we get another opportunity to eat some Taco Boss tacos!
