Had to go inside and was not satisfied with customer service. Staff is no longer allowed to take your order, you literally have to enter and pay for your own order with the kiosk. Save yourself the hassle and just order on the mobile app or use Drive tru. My rating is my overall experience with quality and taste of food and cleanliness of restaurant and restroom facilities.

It's been a long time since I ate at Taco Bell, especially this location near UCR. The drive-through has a well-deserved bsd reputation, and the area is the epitome of sketchy after dark. I prefer broad daylight and going inside. Additionally, Del Taco has plunged in quality, service, and have you seen how small the tacos are since late 2023? Time to reevaluate the newest menu items. First, this lobby is underutilized in my past experience. It was bright and uncommonly clean, something you can't honestly say about most fast food restaurants these days. Moreover, the employees were all nice, courteous, and the vibe was good. One younger guy held the door open for me. The people who handled the order were also attentive. While I paid (cash) at the front register, I really like the self-service kiosk. Especially the ability to customize your order. That's a great touch, although it could potentially lead to an overpriced monstrosity if you get carried away. Mexican pizza, no tomatoes: Order came up exactly as specified. New version of Nachos without sour cream? Ditto, perfect! The promotional Double-Decker Taco was a little underwhelming. It seems they could at least warm or toast the outer flour tortilla. Plus, the cheese holding it to the corn shell was paltry, as was the filling. Tasted okay, just not something I'd order again. The Mexican pizza is different from the od version, and for the better, I think. The nachos also impressed, much better than the lame attempt of the past. I'd still advise picking up the order in person to ensure that instructions are followed.

If you're gonna go to this Taco Bell, I highly recommend maybe trying to drive-through over doing a mobile order and going inside this restaurant. We went the other night and walked up to the counter feeling like they could care less really about acknowledging your presence. It actually took some time to get someone's attention as it seemed like drive-through was more of a priority. From the point of making our mobile order, it took at least 20 minutes before we even got our order. After finally getting someone's attention it did take some time to even get the odor as you can see the person making it taking quite a long time making the food. I'm not sure if he was new, but he was making everything quite slowly. By the time we did get our order, most of the food we did receive was already cold, probably due to the slow making of food. Even after getting our food, the guy let us know they are out of Dr Pepper and we are handed our sodas with no ice not even letting us know there was no ice or if their machines may have been broken. The machines in the dining room were not even usable and everything we got from there was quite disappointing esp the quality. It's not only that when we did order, we did order the combo boxes that were not even placed in a combo boxes mixing everything up just thrown in a bag. The ones that did have a special order were not clearly marked also making it difficult of knowing what was what. If I were you, I would steer clear from this restaurant!

This place is a shit show. I've never waited 40 minutes for an order. All the customers are aggravated and the staff are annoyed. Don't waste your time here..... POS is down also. Never got my food. Got a refund. Ambience wasn't great.

Never had a good experience here, rarely get all my food I ordered. Staff was talking about having g*y s*x while they were serving me, which made me very uncomfortable. Once I came here after getting off a 12 hr flight the staff was rude and rolled their eyes because they didn't hear my order correctly. I went inside once floor seemed a bit dirty and bathroom was conveniently out of service. After coming here multiple times I've noticed when it's near closing or certain staff is working the freeze machines don't work which is interesting.

Very bad customer service this morning. I had to wait to pay for my food and use the restroom. And one lady asked me if I needed anything, and then they started making my food. All the while they were hidden in the back talking. It was a bad experience you might need to address. On a positive note, you should give a raise or at least a 100 dollar gift card to the employee (male) outside working hard, cleaning the windows and exterior of the building. He was the only one working hard. Well that's my 2 cents, take it or leave it. But seriously make that guys Christmas, cause he's a hard worker, and you may need to retrain those other employees in the art of customer service.
