My third visit here where I left with no food. I would like to first acknowledge that many restaurants are having issues with staffing and supplies, and I completely understand. What I don't understand is the giant sign on the door that says, "dine-in open, come on in." So you park, you go up to the door and pull on it, and it's locked. Meanwhile, 5 cars pull into the drive-thru behind you.Here's my suggestion. If you mainly leave the door to your restaurant locked due to staffing issues, then take down the damn sign. Dine-in is not open and you can no come on in. That's not a staffing problem, that's just a lack of common sense.

To the owner of this franchise (if it is one). I would suggest you read all these 1 star reviews. Woodcrest and Orange Crest are a small and very generous group and if they are giving you 1 star reviews you need to take heed and make some changes. If not you will go the way of Lefty's and a few others.The service is very poor and the staff just does not seems to care. Taco Bell has done enough damage by liquidating most of their menu already so service is about the only way to stay alive. Today I went by for the last time and asked if they had the Mexican Pizza and was told no. Of course (It's back!!) The answer was no. I asked for the Quesorrito and was told I can only get that if I order it by the mobile app. Really? I'm sitting in the dang drive thru and can't get a item? So we left without purchasing anything.As I said that was the last straw, I will not be back and neither will the 12 people in my family that used to love Taco Bell.Do better

Nice location but still the only Taco Bell in area that doesn't have a green sauce.. Bring back the green sauce to this location and I'd be happy to come back. Employees are friendly and location looks clean.

Zero stars for the rude store manager and for always messing up my order. Today, Friday 10/29/2021 was the fourth and last time time I come to this location. I placed a $26.60 drive thru order (since their dine in is always closed despite the huge banner in front of the restaurant that says dinning room now open), once I got to the window they took my payment, after around 5 minutes of waiting the store manager comes to the window and asks what I ordered, I gave her my long receipt and she very rudely and upset told me that she had made my order and that her staff had given away to someone else, she closed the drive thru window and walked away pissed off, like if it was my fault, I wasn't sure what was going on so I proceeded to wait another 10 mins at the window, another person comes to the window to say that they do not have nacho cheese for my nacho chips, I said no problem just give me a crunchy taco, she said I can't give you a crunchy taco, I can give you some $1 cinnamon twists or I would have to charge you for that because a taco is worth more than the nacho cheese, I asked how much is a crunchy taco? She said about $2.29, I said no it's not, how much is your chips and nacho cheese? She said it's like a $1, I said no it's not, keep your chips since you don't have the nacho cheese and just give me a crunchy taco taco, she was annoyed and said I will have to charge you for it and walked away. I proceeded to keep waiting at the drive thru window for a total of 20 mins, finally lost my patience, honked to get the staffs attention and asked for a refund, I was done with the rudeness and attitude and the waiting. The store manager comes to the window and tells me: "what am I supposed to do with the food you ordered? I was going to give you the free taco! I have all new people and they gave your food away!" She was super pissed off, extremely rude and unapologetic. They refunded $25.95, $0.65 less than what I was charged, but I just wanted to finally leave this place! 1. It's not my fault that your staff gave my order away to someone else 2. I patiently waited until I received rude treatment 3. Your staff comes to me telling me that you are out of something I ordered and wants to substitute it with $1 cinnamon twists or else I need to pay for the crunchy taco. Please check your menu: Chips and Nacho cheese are $1.79 and a Crunchy Taco is $1.69 oh and CinnamonTwists are $1 (see screen shots if your menu that I've attached to this review)4. No, you were NOT giving me a "free" taco 5. It's not my fault that you have new staff and I was very understanding and waited a long time 6. Never coming back to this place 7. This is the 4th time your staff makes mistakes with my order 8. And on top of everything you did not refund me the right amount! (See screenshot of my credit card transaction attached to this review)9. Please remove your big banner in front of restaurant that says in big letters that dinning room is open for dine-in when clearly it is not. Your doors are always locked! 10. You seal the bag when ordering through the drive thru but are always missing items, so since the front doors are always locked we are forced to go back through the drive thru and wait in the long line to get our orders fixed, and you and your staff gets annoyed at us for your mistakes! Store manager: Customer service is clearly not your strong suite, train your staff on getting the orders right and get some training on customer service and attitude adjustment for yourself...a team is as strong as their leader and leaders lead by example.

Came to this Taco Bell today with my grandson. While all employees were jaw jacking behind the counter the entire dining room was a mess. Tables dirty and sticky from spilled soda. Food on the floor. I had to ask for a table to be cleaned. I told the employee about the food on the ground. She just walked over asked what table I wanted and wiped it down leaving it wet. I guess $20 per hour isn't enough to keep the restaurant clean. After all they don't take orders anymore. It's a shame to see how this is happening all around. I can honestly say we won't be visiting this pig pen anymore. Something to think about. If the dining area is this bad. How bad is the area where they prepare the food

This man is working the line trying to hold his shift and handle business. Ian is the man and everyone here who is trying their best. Thank you guys so much honestly I get his difficult it gets.
