I usually order at the drive thru, so this is my review for that. I come with my family and I order exactly what they want. I usually try to make sure I receive the correct items. But there is always something missing or they add something I didn't want. I wish the cashier would repeat my order back to me. My mom also let me know that any time they come, they always forget something in their order. For the 3 of us, the total comes out $30+. Food is also isn't put together correctly and is spilling out of the wrappers. Which I can't believe it has become so expensive. It's not worth it.

I retract my previous statement -- it is absolutely the food. On Saturday night at 11:30 PM, I ordered three Bean, Cheese, and Rice burritos from this location. By the following morning, I was suffering severe symptoms consistent with an E. coli infection, including extreme abdominal pain, diarrhea, and vomiting. A hospital visit confirmed it was not the stomach flu. This meal was the only thing I consumed that day due to a long work shift. I am appalled by this experience and the consequences that followed. I have now lost an entire week's wages due to this illness. I will never return to this establishment.

During the week my orders are normally pretty accurate and care is taken for good customer service, today was the opposite though.I was basically rushed out of the drive-thru with the items and drink shoved at me. I also ordered a hard shell taco item just for it to look completely crushed and just noncare given towards the food. The chicken inside was also fairly cold. It sucks that this is the only taco bell nearby, otherwise I would go to a different location.

Do not recommend. Staff is lazy. Rude. Inattentive. I came in for a quick lunch and the cashier demanded I make my order at the kiosk. Which I don't like. I asked if she could just take my order at the counter and she "NO"becaise she was too busy. So I didn't order and left

Double check your order before driving off! Literally pull over and open every item. I ordered 3 taco supremes and only got 3 reg tacos with lettuce and the chicken burrito was not a chicken burrito. This place sucks!

Ridiculous place and incompetent employees, they won't even attend you at the register like they're paid to do . I watched two elderly customers get turnt away cause they're too "busy" to help em order on the kiosk . No signage of anything and attitude when you ask them to literally do any of their damn duties . Better off going to Arlington location . Done w this place , reviews clearly reflect their professionalism.
