So I love the great promotions at Taco Bell and the staff at this place is awesome, but I just got two fraudulent charges on my credit card at this place. I tried to order a drink on the app and got the dreaded "uh-oh" message that the order couldn't go through. Did it twice then gave up and used the kiosk. No big deal, but the orders both went through, they said not to worry that they were just pending but wouldn't post, but guess what, they posted and now I have to deal with trying to get fraudulent charges from Taco Bell off my card. Easy solution, blacklist Taco Bell. Nice knowing you but don't need your incompetence wasting my time.

The food was decent, but the chips and cheese...the chips had a rancid taste due to employees not changing out the cooking oil often enough. Also, I bought the new Cantina crispy taco for $3.49, and it was not worth it. It consisted of a small amount of tiny chicken pieces in some sauce...a very thin/flat taco, not worth it at all. Also, the Cinnabon 12-piece for $8.00 was kind of a joke...would also never buy this again, just not that good. Nowadays, I feel I get better Mexican fast-food at Del Taco.

If I could give this Taco Bell a 0, I would! My boyfriend and I have had countless bad interactions here almost every single time! This time I was told I could add a nacho cheese last minute to my order and then the manager behind him says "tell her no the line is too long" at which the employee goes on to tell me nevermind he cant give me a nacho cheese and that I have to go back around in a line with now four people! If you already told the customer yes, you should abide by it as a manager! Not to mention there was no line when I pulled into the drive through. Very poor service! And it wasn't even the window worker who came to the window for me it was a cook! She avoided me the whole time I was trying to wave someone down to add the nacho cheese because I had already been sitting there for a minute! Also didn't ask me for sauce in a $30 order! Ridiculous! 0/10 don't recommend!

Horrible service, we messed up our order and when we pulled up to the window we asked if he can add two tacos and the manager said I have to go around and get in line again. When I asked to speak to the manager the lady told me I he can't talk right now he's busy with other orders. When there was one car behind us!!! Unbelievable.
