It's Taco Bell I know. I always use the drive thru but this is the one time I went inside...and it will be the last time. They don't take your order anymore on the inside. There's a register there, but they direct you immediately to the kiosk booth. An older couple in front of me were having a difficult time I felt bad for the couple as they struggled to try to place the order. I made sure they got some help, but I really did feel sorry for them. It's unfortunate that the person behind the counter was not willing to take their order. It's not like it was crowded. They were only two other people beside me and the other couple in the facility. And it wasn't like they were shortstaffed because there were minimum four people in the back so I don't get it.Well...like I said it's Taco Bell.

I ordered the Deluxe Cravings Box, and instead of them giving what is in that specific order, they gave me different items. Including a "Soft Taco" instead of the Doritos Tacos. Be careful going to this place at night and chdck your order always, cause majority of they will not pay attention to what you order and pay for.

Worst Taco Bell I've experienced! Any time I come here they always leave out food. I go inside to physically make an order on their kiosk so they can get it right for once yet they still lack the brain cells to do so. Serving portions have gotten way smaller. The freeze machine never works. Stale Doritos shells. Nachos fries cold. Tables are disgusting. I'm honestly convinced they just have the worst night shift team because I hardly have issues with the day shift. Management doesn't even pay attention to the reviews to even care enough and make a difference.

Ok to begin with.. I waited damn near 5 minutes for someone to come up to the drive thru window to acknowledge me. I ordered a Dr Pepper & once I pulled up to the window, I was told there was no more Dr Pepper which was fine. I chose a Pepsi instead because I had already noticed the poor guy was overwhelmed & handling everything alone. He didn't put ice in my soda & once I came home I took a sip & realized it was Diet Pepsi... yall it was so fucking nasty lmao I love me a Coke Zero but damn I couldn't even enjoy my soda with my food. It was overall an irritating, unavoidable situation which ruined my late dinner.
