Idk why I expected more from Taco Bell but I go to order tha taco and burrito pack and I specifically ask for 1! To have just cheese and meat and the rest are fine but no all these damn things have just cheese and meat like idk if they being lazy or are just deaf or just have no care to listen and just want to rush an order but get it together it's a problem at almost every damn Taco Bell.

BRUH. I don't like making reviews for chain fast foods cuz you can't really expect much but this is literally the worst taco bell I have ever been to and has been bad for a while. If you want TB go to the one on university instead. Got taco bell ubereats n everything was so nasty. It's like whoever made that food had a personal vendetta against me or something. I wouldn't give that food to my worst enemy. Like yeah I'm not expecting the food to be schmackin but it should at least be edible. Cinnabon bites tasted and looked like they were fried in oil that was wayyyyyy under temp soggy n gross. And how do you even mess up a quesadilla it's literally cheese and tortilla!!! Live más my ass

As long as Taco Bell forces me to use kiosks, I will leave 1 star reviews. I object to the loss of human interaction. You are denying young employees the opportunity to learn customer service skills and are helping move us to a cashless society. The food was prepared to order without mistakes and would have been worthy of a 3-4 star review. The elimination of highly processed ingredients with chemical additives would have made it a 5 star review.

Getting in and out of drive thru is a hassle. Located on a corner of Sunnymead and a freeway on ramp makes it challenging. When you leave you can only go one way. By the time you get turned around and home opened the bag and it was missing 3 items. If I was only buying for me wouldn't have been such a deal. Then I discover the tacos where all in pieces. Had to go out and get more food, but not here.

Absolutely horrible service. I attempted to order 1- 3 cheese melt and the girl at the drive thru speaker keeps asking me if I want 3. I had to tell her three times I want 13 cheese melt and she says do you not understand? Do you want three of them? I finally said never mind. Cancel my order and I drove through the drive-through and left a few minutes later I went out and called the location to speak to the manager and a female answers. The phone I said may I speak to the manager, please she says what do you want I said are you the manager? She said yes I said can I get your name please? She says why do you need my name, I told her never mind. I'll get a hold of corporate horrible service.
