Was my food order correct? Yes.This won't be a long review but it needs to be brought up. This isn't fast food. This is the slowest Taco Bell you'll ever get.I ordered using the app at approximately 12:45 in the afternoon.Got to the location at 1pm. Come to find my order is still not ready.I noticed 5 people ordering food off the kiosks.Drove through line seemed to take priority to everything as their food was being given out quickly.The 5 people that ordered well over 15mins after me started getting their food before me.Mine? No where to be found. I asked more than three times for my food. With a response of "we're working on it"I got my food after 26mins in total. Was my order correct yes? Was the amount of time acceptable for a fast food place? Absolutely not. I will not return.

This taco bell is off my list. The place is so unpleasant. The employees seem to be under stress and aa bad vibe . There is a sign of "no public restrooms" why if the restroom is there? Note that gig drivers need to use restroom and myself I am wiling to buy as long as I can use the restroom. Everything in this stablishment it's unpleasant and I am going to make the owner responsible of such of negative vibe. I been in restaurant business for over 30 yrs and know more than 2 things about that. Soda machine off? OK. Keep going that direction with 2 stars acceptation from your guests. You are off my list as well as many other guests with negative reviews.

This place has some rough reviews, so I just wanted to call out some goodness where I see it.I went to this Taco Bell, not expecting a whole lot based on the reviews, but I'm not sure if it's a recent change, they have always given me good quality food quickly, and with no mistakes. To me, this is a big deal. It is such a big deal in fact, that it motivated me to leave this review.On top of that, the drive-through is usually very friendly. Even when there's someone new, it's obvious they're doing their best. I have no complaints about the service here. I can't speak to the ambience because I haven't actually been inside, but if you need Taco Bell, and you need it fast, this place should work just fine for you.

This review was a bit late but I feel the need to mention it. So there was a hype around the limited time taco bell spicy chicken wings. I had no choice but to check it out! I don't eat taco bell very often but, on my last visit, I noticed that you can now order through the self-service machine. The UI was really eye-catching and really easy to use. For someone who doesn't like to order their food at the drive-thru or someone who gets nervous about looking for things to order, this machine is perfect. You can take as much time as you like and you can also make adjustments to your order as you please. Now, onto this limited time, spicy wings. We ordered a game day box which came with 8 pc spicy wings with spicy ranch sauce on the side, a mexican pizza, and 4 hard shell regular tacos. The wings weren't spicy but still flavorful. It had a good texture. It was tender and easily to pull away from the bone. The dipping sauce was a delight and creamy with a hint of spice. The mexican pizza was good as expected. The regular beef taco was enjoyable as usual. All and all, I feel bad for people who didn't get to try the taco bell spicy wings. It was really good and it definitely was one of my top 5 dishes of all time.

I went inside to order to go. Standing at the counter for almost two minutes and no one came out to take my order. I saw a customer order on the kiosk so I placed my order on the kiosk. Waited 5 minutes than a girl brought out an order that looked like my box meal. She was calling out some random name that non of the customers answered. I asked her is that my order. She didn't even look at me and continued to call out some name. A customer came up and He was confused at the name and order. He didn't Expy a box. He took the box order back to his table and brought it back a few minutes later saying it not his order. The girl took it to the back and another guy came out with the box saying this was my order. I just stared at the box on the counter. He asked me if I wanted them to make me a new order. That's shouldn't even been a question to ask. I said YES, he took it in back and brought it out a minute later. I asked him if that is NEW? He said he threw the other one away. I really doubt that. It took over 5 minutes to make my order the first time. That's girl have one job to do. Giving customers their orders and she couldn't even do it right. Unbelievable!

I never really have a problem at this location but the amount of unprofessionalism abrupt. The two female employees working the drive thru stayed making inappropriate jokes while the window was open and then continued laughing like hyenas. It was uncomfortable to say the least. The food was good tho no problems there. Working hard isn't for everyone I guess.

After I ordered and they ask u if u want hot sauce check the bag in the drive thru. They didn't put any. Also the tacos are not wrapped well so both my tacos fell out of the wrapper with the cheese and lettuce at the bottom of the bag. Come on now.

This Taco Bell is racist. They don't serve blacks. And will lie and say your ebt doesn't work. The manager shut the window in my man's face. She was rude. And should not be allowed a job. Especially when she was unprofessional. Our ebt worked the day before. They refused my service. Someone will be fired from this.
