The cashier was very nice and very fast. I got there during the lunch rush and many food items were sold out- but he immediately stated that I could order anything and he'd make it to order! The order came out very fast and he carefully packed everything in the bag for me and I was on my way

No idea how they are since it says here they are open till 9pm so went there at 6:30 and they were already closed. Sign on the door says they closed at 6:00May want to change the times here

Shopping Saturday type of afternoon. Did not know this place was here in the village.So glad I found the is place. I was about to walk all the way to Coffee Bean for an iced matcha.You can order using the iPad or the larger screen and there is someone that can take your order too.Ordered the matcha sea salt creme-100% sweet no boba. LOVE! It's sweetened with the boba syrup? Even more LOVE! I had to go ahead and order a popcorn chicken to complement my matcha.Popcorn chicken was lightly battered, seasoned well with small and large bits of chicken. The PERFECT combination! This snack of mine has become lunch.The "how to" sign works! 45 degree angle had me slurping my matcha for that mix of tea and creme with every sip.A must try in the area for milk tea!!!

Came by for the first time and the staff was super friendly. Due to work traffic I was set to service around closing so I called to confirm and was told no worries they'll be there some time finishing closing procedures.Got 2 fruit teas with boba + some mini steamed baos.Teas were nice, boba was a nice QQ texture and not bland internally. Considering the reviews I totally didn't expect this!The baos were perfect too! Would def come back. Walking out I noticed they're into anime and the owner put up some holographic Naruto posters. Super epic!View outside was also super pretty as I was leaving!Good marks all around!

I posted a review a month or so ago, and the review wasn't that great! I received a message in my inbox from the young lady my review was about , and she genuinely apologized and explained her intentions weren't to make me feel unwelcome! For this employee to do this spoke volumes and I appreciate her accountability and willingness to improve based off reviews! Thank you!

I appreciated having the option of two drink sizes, but the boba milk tea at 50% sweetness from T & Joy wasn't impressive. The milk tea had no distinct tea flavor, and the consistency of the boba pearls was hard and stale. If you are craving boba, T & Joy is a short walk away from the college campus, but it's not the best boba that you can get for that price.

I got the rose milk tea, half sweet and half ice. Disappointed by the lack of flavor. I know I only got it half sweet but despite that it just tasted very watered down, not much of a tea or Rose taste. Boba is fairly good, chewy but could use a little more give

This place is great, if you want to drink cheese water. Ever craved perfume soap tea? Me neither but that's what I got. I ordered 3 different drinks and not one tasted decent. They tasted horrible and smelled worse. You are better off putting a straw in your favorite body spay and sipping away. $20 for 3 drinks.

Like a fat girl without boobs, this tea is pointless cause they are always sold out of boba. Tea without boba is a trash, a rip off and not satisfying. Just make more boba. Solved.

Waited for 15 minutes did not get my order when I asked for a refund wasn't able to be provided a receipt. The worker went back-and-forth with his supervisor James who hasn't done a thing to ensure service. I was trying to get a receipt for an additional 15 minutes and nothing Horrible horrible horrible service would not recommend.
