This place never disappoints! My lady and I both were undecided on dinner and we both unanimously said Sushi Miguel Style. The crab tostadas are such a good way to start your dinner. It gives you a real great idea what your in for as far as taste goes through out the night. The Sashimi hamachi was amazing, Very Nice Portions for each cut. The amazing Roll is truly Amazing. That's are go to Roll. Beautifully Done with the perfect amount of Spice. 5 stars!!!

Service was on point. We were greeted as soon as we entered and seated immediately. We had the option of all you can eat sushi or the regular menu which had some amazing options as well as some dinner and lunch specials. We opted for the regular menu since my husband and I both have had bariatric surgery. I had the salmon roll and tempura vegetables and my husband had sashimi. We shared the salmon roll since I couldn't finish it but we were checked on by our waiter often and the food was delicious. The location is in a shopping center where the Colton location is a shared stand alone restaurant. The inside was bigger in size though with booth seating, tables and sushi bar. We will definitely be back.

I was skeptical about this place and yea it wasn't the best, mostly due to their ridiculous charges for wanting stuff that is ON the sushi on the side. I ordered the sunset sushi roll which said it had lobster inside but I think it was crab cause it didn't taste like lobster at all. My roll had chili oil and flakes but asked on the side bc I don't do spicy (which honestly shouldn't just said i didn't want any cause i didn't even touch it). When we got the bill they charged me separate even tho I asked it for the side not asking extra. If you ask for it separate they will charge you, which is ridiculous! My friend asked for Miguel style on the side instead of on the sushi and was charged. I would skip and find another sushi spot

Had to remove two stars. The last four times we have gone, our orders were wrong, our drinks weren't refilled, and our sushi was DRENCHED in the sauces.

The food is not great. I ordered mostly sushi style tuna, scallops, albacore, toro, and one hand roll. My main issue is the damn rice was raw! Uncooked rice in sushi is blasphemy. I didn't try the rolls because everything is drenched in spicy mayo and oyster sauce or teriyaki. I'm just not a fan of this style of sushi. The server is wonderful and the "sushi chef" is cool I guess. The atmosphere is nice, clean and seems like a great place for a beer.

My husband and I have been mulling over visiting Sushi Miguel's Style for almost a year now. For whatever reason, we finally ripped the bandaid off and decided to give them a try. We ended up coming by on a Saturday during dinner. They were busy, but we did not have to wait long to be seated. We must have arrived at the right pocket of time. Service overall was prompt and attentive. The food exceeded our expectations by far. Definitely a solid first visit for us at this Fontana location. The Fontana location of Sushi Miguel's Style is located in a small shopping area with plenty of free parking shared among the businesses. The restaurant offers both an a la carte menu and AYCE option. We were pretty famished, so we opted for AYCE. We were initially a little bummed that the AYCE menu had limited options compared to the full menu. This was not something that we've experienced at other AYCE spots around the area and would probably be our one let down. We made it work though. Our waitress was patient and attentive. Unlike fellow Yelpers noted, we received our orders in a timely manner and always received everything we ordered each round. I wouldn't classify the interior to be modern looking, but it does the job of sitting patrons down to enjoy sushi with their loved ones. We had our doubts about this place but we were pleased with everything ordered. Our order consisted of- tuna and salmon sushi pieces (Miguel Style)- deep fried California roll- Amazing roll- Dragon roll- Baked Salmon roll- Spicy Tuna HandrollStandout items were the sushi pieces made Miguel Style (super flavorful with a small kick) and the Amazing roll (truly amazing...our favorite roll). Flavors were there and quality was good. Beware of asking for side sauces. I asked for a small side of spicy mayo and was charged $1.00. I was surprised as there was no warning of the charge and it doesn't seem to be standard at other AYCE spots in and around the area to be charged for side sauce when opting for the AYCE menu. Overall, we had a good first experience at the Fontana location of Sushi Miguel's Style. We would visit again in the future.

Worst sushi restaurant I've ever experienced and I'm not much of a complainer. My true rating is ZERO STARS!! Fish is not fresh, Nigiri is overloaded with rice (fake sushi chefs trying to fill you up so you don't order too much with AYCE, cheapskate) not like I would want to order more and gag with every bite!! Even their "Miguel style" couldn't mask the fact that their fish isn't fresh.

The best sushi I've tried in the IE and one of the few places that still has all you can eat sushi. They have a small parking lot and sometimes a wait but very well worth it !
