Surfin' chicken

Happy to have a lunch/dinner sitdown spot inside Walmart off Day and not just Walmart off Moreno Beach now. The chicken is good and the peri-peri crinkle fries. My favorite sauces are spicy and wings. I will try the rest of the menu and the desserts.

What a pleasant surprise coming in to shop and find a restaurant inside of Wal-Mart with so much vibrancy in decor, staff friendliness, and vibe! The colors of the place and signage were enough to attract my attention, mostly,. The fact that they carry THRIFTY ICE CREAM!! I have not seen a single place that carries THRIFTY other than Rite Aid, which are difficult to come across themselves nowadays. The biggest highlights were: churro shake (which had cut up pieces of a fresh churro blended into the ice cream!), cheese curds (which are fried paneer- yum!), and their spicy chicken sandwich with an in-house made spicy sauce. Do yourself a favor and stop by!

Food is too expensive for what they give you, especially their Beast Burger menu. And the food itself is okay, not the best thing in the world. Customer service varies because this lady served me with brown hair and brown eyes were on her phone a lot. She even rolled her eyes when I asked for a napkin because they forgot. Secondly, the staff is unprofessional in general. I heard two of them cursing pretty clearly and loud enough to hear at the waiting counter one of them looked very light skin with short curly hair and a chain is that even sanitary to wear at work? The lobby at times was pretty dirty, tables full of trash around me, and the wait times from the times I've tried this place varied. During one of my lunches, I came in, and they took 20 minutes to complete my order and still forgot an item. After this, it was the last straw: very unprofessional staff, low-quality food, and Very Expensive. The manager once served me. He was friendly, but when I pointed out they made a mistake, he was rude. His mood and tone changed like he was annoyed. They seemed backed up, but even then, you can't be mad at the customer when you can't run this place very well. It seems understaffed, too. When I shopped here before I came and tried this place many times, I only saw two or even one worker trying to run the place. Sometimes, the manager wasn't even present a waste of time and money.

The chicken sandwhiches tastes so good but it's too bad it's not in Chula Vista anymore because they permently closed it down over there and also the customer service it's okay
