Good tea, sunright is a lovely place to grab your boba fix from. The service was quick and they keep up with the local university in the area, so they would have to have good quality drinks to have customers keep coming back. It tastes the same as all of the other sunright tea studios I've been to so that's a great thing to hear that the quality wasn't dwindled at all. Recommend this place for fruit tea and milk tea drinks

I'm a BIG FAN of Sunright and this location doesn't disappoint. The staff are kind and communicate, even offered us samples to try! (Check out the jasmine tea jelly !!!) I liked that they also had an OMORI cupsleeve collab going on. Sunright Tea Studio in San Bernadino is a small boba store with no tables and chairs so this is just literally take-away orders. They have to computers to order from and one person making drinks when I came in on a Sunday. It wasn't too busy but it was pretty quick. I ordered a new drink named Kays strawberry jasmine tea with grass jelly. I like the grass jelly mixed in with the strawberry.

To order your choice of boba, there are two available screens on the right of the store where you order and then wait to receive your boba over the counter. The choice to use technology is very user friendly and allows individuals to stand in line and only wait for their boba because the line goes by pretty quickly. In this quiet and relaxing space, there are chairs available outside of the store to sit and relax with your boba. The workers work very fast to create your boba and the wait time is very short. I was impressed at how fast they had the boba ready with the amount of incoming orders as well as online orders that were piling in. I ordered the Taro Milk Tea boba and was surprised because it was not purple, unlike typical boba places, but the taste of the milk tea was very rich and fresh! I really liked their milk tea and would go back to try their other flavors!

I usually really like Sunright, so when I heard one had opened in San Bernardino, I was excited to check it out. However, my experience wasn't the best. One of my favorite things about Sunright is their self-service kiosks, which make it easy to visualize what you want and adjust your drink accordingly. When I arrived, there was a group of people waiting for their drinks and no one in line for the kiosk, so I quickly placed my order and waited to the side. There were no seats available, so I had to awkwardly stand by the walls. After a few minutes, the group left and another two customers walked in to wait for their drinks. They received their drinks within a reasonable time, and I was still waiting.After about 10 minutes of standing there, the staff finally started working on my drink. They didn't acknowledge me or look at me when they finished preparing it. I quickly thanked the guy and left, but when I got to my car, I realized my drink was missing the topping and wasn't even filled to the top. However, after the long wait and the uncomfortable silence, I felt too unwelcome to return.

Inland Empire is lacking compared to LA but thank goodness Sunright decided to set up shop nearby. It's a solid boba fix and convenient. That's the sweet and simple summary. Now as for what's good? Any milk drink or fruit drink will serve you well, it's just a matter of preference or whatever you're craving that day. And I always crave something different each time I go. But most of the time, whatever I get ends up being pretty decent anyway so I can't complain. All you gotta do is order at the kiosk and everything kinda falls together.

This spot has good drinks and good service. They are pretty fast and have good options. Im leaving 3 stars because they're always out of mochi. I enjoy having that option for my drink and usually can't get it when I go. Overall great drinks, fast service, and would come again. I recommend the Oreo brûlée, matcha, or their chocolate drinks.

Food: best boba place in town, haven't found one that surpasses the flavor here yet. I'm usually sensitive to caffeine, so I always get the milk options that are caffeine free. Such a treat getting boba from here on long shifts via doordash, tried oreo boba milk tonight and absolutely loved the slush texture and taste of cookies and cream.Price: about $7 per drink, which is on the pricier side, but i suppose it's an occasional treat for me when I'm on a rough patch working long hoursAmbiance: small shop without any inside tables, you can order using the wall kiosks, located on a strip mallService: nice friendly people, no issuesParking: big row of parking outside within the strip mall, never had issues finding a spot before

First time here tonight for a quick overnight stay in the area at a hotel across the street. I was pleasantly surprised to find a boba tea place so close by and had to check it out. This is located in a very small strip mall with a row of parking spots out in front. Upon entering, you step into a small space where to the right you will find two ordering kiosks and straight ahead you will find the drink preparation and front counter where you pick up your drink orders.While other Yelp reviewers complain about the lack of an actual cashier to take orders, I found the ordering process quite simple. I was lucky that I arrived when there were no other customers in the store. Just 30 minutes ago when I passed by, it was filled in the inside with customers and more flowing out after picking up their orders. The staff was more than willing to take time and answer my questions while in the middle of their drink preparations. I found them to be very friendly and approachable.The ordering kiosk is moderately user-friendly. It wasn't apparent to me that iced milk tea drinks would be found under a different menu category as hot milk tea drinks. I ended up ordering an oolong coffee milk tea drink with added brown sugar boba. Like other reviewers, I do find that their prices are a tad bit higher than other boba places. However, given that my understanding there are few boba places nearby, I can understand how they have the liberty to mark prices slightly higher.I've never had an oolong coffee milk tea drink. It was okay. So I can't really judge the relative taste and quality as compared to other boba places. I do look forward to trying out my usual oolong and Jasmine green milk teas in the future.

Drinks are good. But I ordered with agar boba and pudding. But no agar boba in my drink
