We used Sullivan Party Rentals over the weekend for my Aunt's celebration of life. Great communication, perfect delivery and pick up. I would definitely use them again with a doubt. We rented tables, chairs, linens and a canopy. Everything was in perfect shape. Thank you again for making everything so easy.

100% solid as always! I can always depend on Sullivans to supply what I need for a party. This time it was tables, chairs, linens, and trash cans for a graduation party. I can't say enough positive things about this company. They were hired to provide party rentals for two events, two weeks apart. We picked up for the first event and they were very helpful with loading. They were aware we needed to take the chairs out of the area for the first event and allowed us a grace period upon returning them. Hugely appreciated! They delivered for our second event and were fantastic about setting up the tables. Again, they offered a grace period so we could offer a brunch to our out of town, overnight guests the morning after our event. They are professional, friendly and provide top notch service. Excellent value to boot!

I didn't even get to use their services and I'm giving them five stars. My fiancee and I HAD a Sept 23 wedding near Big Bear until our venue was destroyed in the recent cyclone. Jeanette was helpful from beginning to booking, and when I told her about the news and relocation, she was upfront that her company didn't make sense. The best part?I didn't have to say a word about my deposit. She offered to return the hundreds we'd put down for a dance floor and some heaters. WITHOUT US ASKING. That felt so rare and so appreciated. THANK YOU Jeanette and if you're reading a review, just know you're dealing with a company that has some really good people behind it.

Sullivan's helped us out for my husband's 55th birthday fiesta and everything went so smooth! Jeanette was awesome! She helped me decide what I needed and how much and what my tables could look like. Communication was fantastic, on-time delivery and pick up, and everything was clean and in great condition! It was a great party partly thanks to Sullivan's rentals!!

Great customer service but tables and chairs were a little too old and dirty. Overall fast service aswell

Sullivan Party Rentals has amazing customer service! Quick responses with messaging was appreciated, but even more importantly, they were so kind. We ordered rentals for a baby shower, but then the baby was born early so we needed to postpone the shower. Sullivan Rentals was so accommodating. The day of the actual event, we had a small miscommunication, but again Sullivan Rentals moved quickly and made things right. We'd use them again and recommend them again and again! Thank you.

I rarely write reviews, but Sullivan Party Rentals did so well that I had to leave a good review. We rented from them for a baby shower and everything we got looked great; in particular we got a lot of compliments on the Cold Beverage Table with Black Skirt. Their customer service, pick-up, and drop-off were excellent. They even found me extra runners at the last minute when I made a mistake in my original order. They truly went above and beyond!
