Subway

INHUMAN!! come to this subway if u supported inhuman subway. 10.22.2024 9: 25am i really need to take a leak pee. i walked in n saw two staffs. the one with the mustache i asked him nicely can i used the restroom n he said for customer ONLY n i tell him I only need to take a leak n he still said no. i dress nicely n cleaned with long sleeve shirt n jeans with shoes oh n i m asian. what i m trying to say is he has the right to refuse as business but as an human being he is cold hearted especially someone just stated he just take a leak. this will make me think twice to visit subway n purchase sandwich again. i did eat alot of Subway b4 n most time i don't use their restroom.

its in the corner, in a not great neighborhood but Luis has been here for over 3yrs and has awesome customer service!I always get take-out orders and Luis does a great job at multi tasking and always has polite service with a smile.

The "assistant" Manager iMANDY is lazy. Doesn't help the customers unless calllef out two or three times.....Toaster oven broken for two weeks... Every three or four months... Never have soup in the evening... After four there's no soup!!! I will not go there again!! I wil now go to the Kalonav Subay..... we will see the difference....sincerely,,Karen

I went into subway today and when I was about to pay the card reader said declined but when I check my account it shows that it took it out. They said no they didn't charge but I showed it to them and they still didn't believe me. I was not about to pay 2times for my sandwich. Again even with proof it still didn't matter. They gave no resolution no let me call my manager nothing. It was a big fat guy that made that call around 1pm today. I felt like a liar like I was trying to get something for free. I just wanted what I paid for. Now going back to work with no food and hungry. Thanks a lot subway

I Came in today and the Guys that work there in morning are wonderful. However, the girl who come in at 3pm, the second shift, was has curly hair, has a very bad attitude. Someone needs to address the issue with her, it is BAD for business. I don't want her making my food.

Why don't you guys ever have soup? You should take it off the menu ? Thank you bye hopefully when I go you guys have some this is the 2 weekend straight going never have any.what a shame might need go some were else.

Service was terrible, order on the app at 4pm it said ready by 4:30 showed up at 4:45 to pick up and they haven't even started making my sandwich. The guy was very rude he said we're really busy and you will need to wait there was only 2 customers in the store and 3 workers I don't see how they are so busy that after 45 minutes they haven't started making my sandwich I will never go back there

Came in today for an emergency order. Long story short, my Door Dash order of 12 subs was rejected at another location and I had to rush in to pick up from this location. The staff was super helpful and got my sandwiches made quickly and I was able to get my order on time.I really appreciated that the Subway staff went above and beyond to get my order out made last minute.

They do not make your subway if ordered online till they get a hold of you by phone. Doesn't matter if the transaction goes through. So, if you are at work and can't answer your phone calls, then don't expect to go to subway and just picked up because your subway order hasn't even started yet. This makes ordering online useless.

Terrible service, they lock the door to catch up on mobile orders and tell me to come back in 20 minutes WTF I'm not coming to this place again
