First time to this store and was amazed what a great job the young lady did. We purchased three sandwiches and she was out of tuna, mayo, curros, and much more. She was covering from anther store and did her best with what she had. Your app pisses off my friend everytime he tries to use it, so for this reason I don't use it. This young lady should get recognized for her awesomeness. Subway don't deserve her.

I wish I was able to give this establishment 0 star. The service is awful... I placed an order on my phone and they did not get it despite charging my debit card. When I arrive to the store (10 mins after placing order) I waited 20 minutes just to talk to someone for them to tell me that the transaction never went through. I showed them that I was charged and still they did not want to give my money back or the food. I showed them my bank account and the transaction and still they didn't refund me. This is not the first time they steal from me. Last time I paid for double meat and bacon and my sandwich had none. This store is full of thieves. Take your money and business somewhere. And I took some pics of the nasty store. There was meat on the floor. All the dinning area was dirty and the display were they put the cookies is nasty. I asked all the employees how I could work the app to show them that I did place the order and paid for it and none of the 3 employees knew how to use the app. Starting from the owner all the way down to the cooks, this store is full of incompetent people.

Ordered my Veggie Delite through the online app and it was fresh as I expected. All the veggies and extra side I ordered were fresh and ready to eat. The crew was diligent and timely. Picture below to prove it! I didn't give a 5 stars cause they forgot to pack napkins. Other than that Service and product sold was delish!

When I order thru my mobile apps Subway they said its gonna be ready untilI arrived and their doing this people in the line and my order is not starting to make it until I arrived..theres a lady not skinny maybe i can describe her a bit healthy coz i knew there 3 crews working. And the time 4:11pm and 1.22.2022, a little bit notMuch busy but i guess she is rough and when I grab my sandwich she almost act that i will steal my sandwich what the heck i told her i ordered that thru my apps and she check thru her register and she came out to me and gave me that receipt and never say sorry or what..what a rough..nowI cant even have appetite to eat this sandwich she messed my craving im upset hope the manager will say something to this...

I don't usually write reviews but 15.00 for a Horrible tuna sandwich. 15.00 for a tuna sandwich, literally no tuna in it at all , they drenched it in mustard. The ratio of tuna to sauce was disgusting. Had to throw the whole sandwich away. I picked it up to take it to a relative in a hospital and he sent me this pic of it. The amount of mustard on it made him even more sick and nauseous. Do not come here if you want overpriced food that you have to throw away

I wanted to leave a note of appreciation for Paulette. Her kindness and consideration as a human was reflected in the effort she put into preparing mine and my sister's food. As a previous Subway employee, I felt she put the same level of care that I used to pour into crafting a beautiful sandwich. I submitted an online order for 4 sandwich meals (drinks & chips for all) and cookies. I did so to give the store time to prepare everything. Upon arriving home and reviewing my subs I realized one of them is missing 5 of the 10 ingredients. I call the store and was told the manager said I could bring the sun back with the receipt so she can see for herself and if I Want she can then add the missing veggies. That's half my sub! After the call I realized we were also missing one of the bags of chips. When I went back to the store they fixed the sun but when I advised them of the chips I was told I WAS INCORRECT and they bagged everything. Like they were incapable of making 2 mistakes in the same order. Why would I lie over a bag of chips? I just spent $50, including $5 tip! For the inconvenience of incorrectly making my order I expected better customer service then I got, at the VERY LEAST. Will NOT be returning to this location.
