Subway

I order a turkey rap on provolone at subway on Arlington Avenue in Riverside ca it is the worst subway ever the really cheap with the meats they bearly gave any meat with the Rapp ill never go there again just horrible

Nov 7 was the day I visited. So I decided to go and get a subway and get my reward which was a free cookie. Perfect combo for lunch. The 5 stars goes to the person behind the serving table. He was very very attentive, he was very helpful and his service was very good. He was quick and made my order the way I wanted. His name was Jimmy, he deserves a raise and a promotion. Hope the corp or the owner(s) see his potential as a good worker, that to be honest you don't see much anymore. The ambiance in the place was nice music not loud and the place was clean, organized and restock. I will come back and hope Jimmy keeps serving as he does great service Jimmy.

We came here on Easter Sunday, and the guy working here was actually by himself and did an awesome job. Subway should have at least 2 employees.

I lovvvvvvvvve the subs there, especially the turkey it's the best one ever,the restaurant is very clean.

I have gone to this subway a few times and the staff were polite and the store was clean. I had an order of 14 sandwiches that i needed to place and I went in a week before my "event" to see what i had to do to make it easier on all parties. The girl told me to come back the day before and order and pay- so that's exactly what I did except, when I got there to pay and order, she told me I would have to go in the morning and order...fine. I was a little annoyed that I visited twice for no reason and thought about not going back to that one but had to because the one by my house opened later. I went back the morning of April 24th when they opened. I walked in and Jimmy greeted me. I told him about what happened and how I needed these sandwiches. He and Eva were AMAZING. They did not complain about having to make all these sandwiches first thing, but rather apologized about the staff who gave me wrong information. Jimmy asked if I knew who it was so he could make sure it didn't happen again. Those two definitely changed my mind about that Subway...BECAUSE of them, I will be back. These two are gems and in a world where good workers are hard to come by, I hope management knows what they have in these two...thank you Jimmy and Eva for making my day.

Ordered online. Went in to pick up to find out the system was down and I would get a refund. I called and spoke to the manager 3 times. Nothing but excuses. Still have not gotten a refund. Go to the one one Van Buren. They are great.

Visited here today for lunch, got a 6 inch grilled chicken, ask if they can make sure the bread of soft, it was stale, or just overcooked, and the chicken wasn't good at all.... Went in to talk to someone in charge employee took my number to give to the manager couple hours ago still no call. I guess, they don't care about the consumer. I've had issues with the spot years ago. That's why I stopped going. Not much has changed.

Worst customer service ever. The girls that worked here that took our order looked miserable to even work here no care for even a polite greeting. When asked about a meat they rolled their eyes. We ordered a foot long pretzel and didn't they forgot to give me the cheese when I asked about it they rolled their eyes like I was bothering them. Not coming back. I hope the manager reads this Monsai and Jenny were both working here today.

I went in tonight to get dinner and Isaiah was the worker. He was friendly and outgoing. Great hard worker still don't understand why there was only 1 employee working alone . There should at least be 2 employees for safety reasons. He sure deserves a raise

Great service from Isaiah today when i came in with a little amount of time. Speedy meal, the sandwich itself was delicious, and was everything i needed to help make my day smoother. I will definitely come back
