The girls that worked on 6/28 @ 2:20pm could not of been any nicer to deal with. They were nice to the homeless gentleman outside. Also the sub tasted great too

totally flabbergasted went in & ordered a meatball sandwich & when I went to pay for it tried handing $10 to the cashier & she said they weren't taking cash only card & I don't have a card at the moment but yet they we're giving away food to a homeless girl can someone tell me what kind of BS is that?

I've been coming to this subway on and off through out the year and always get a very bleh vibe from the employees. It's not warm, it's not welcoming and borderline uncomfortable. They always look annoyed or mad.If this place needs anything, it's more smiles....

HELL NO!! In desperation I came here because it was next door to where I get my hair done, (10 hour appointments tbh*) Originally I just ordered a salad and they told me we can't do salads because we have no bowls for them. (in retrospect I should have just allowed them to toss spinach and cucumber into my mouth... with gloves on. Clearly.). Okay, well how about a tuna cilantro wrap (feeling pretty assured it's Tuna & has to be fresh?) Well, "This location doesn't have cilantro." - At this time please understand the stress and pressure I felt ... My hair appts can be 12 hours and here it is 3:00 and I arrived at 8 am... SIGHHHHHH***** I don't like tuna without cilantro. (Frowns*) So I had to opt for a chicken wrap. BIG MISTAKE. HUGE. About maybe two hours after I ate the wrap I felt as if my stomach was pushing out. I didn't feel good whatsoever, now writing this 2 days later (appt was Thursday. Today is Saturday) I know without a doubt I had food poisoning. And food poisoning is so much worse when you are aware what it actually is... actual bacteria, toxins, Infectious organisms. (Faints*) had to be present on the chicken, which makes me feel even sicker. Their chicken isn't raw... It's prepackaged which means 99% it wasn't due to it being under cooked... It had to have been either not correctly stored in the temperature it needed to have been. OR. It was chicken that was old. And, I'm thinking that's probably the case. I tend to overthink these things, so now I'm pondering if the employees there even wash their hands. (Ugh*) Subway off Blaine in Riverside, you made me sick... and although I appreciate the loss of weight that inevitably has happened, I don't appreciate the excruciating stomach pains your old ass disgusting chicken and bad food handling caused. You are deserving of a inspection of temperatures and food handling procedures. And a middle finger to whoever is in charge.P.s. How is anyone ever going to appreciate my beautiful hair if all my time is being spent in the restroom??

By far one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had at subway; during today's visit to the (Blain Riverside store, located next to Starbucks). We had difficulty placing an order using the subway app and a valid coupon; upon bringing this to an associates attention and sorting the error msg. she simply shrugged and said "nothing we can do", although disappointed we proceeded to order in-store but ask whom we could report app issues with and later for corporate contact information (e.g) manager name, store number etc. the rude employee spoke beneath her breath and was clearly avoidant in providing us information until another associate obliged or request. She and another employee Vanessa chatted and chuckled as Pyla prepared our sandwiches, but I would discourage anyone from patronizing this specific location if customer service experience are your priority. In closing, I must say how utterly ridiculous and pathetic it is for customer service to be a thing of the past and suggest that individuals who aren't suited to provide friendly and courteous service to consumers /customers abstain from applying to customer facing roles. Not only was this young lady ugly outside, but inside too.

Sooooo very disappointed in this subway. The girl behind the counter didn't know how to work the toaster. My bacon wasn't even cooked all the way. My sandwich was just thrown together. Simple job done in the shittiest way.

Seema is an idiot. She completely messed up our sandwiches. This is not the first time either. Horrible and incompetent workers. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Worst service. Ordered online and they made me a completely different sandwich. When I asked if they can make me the right one I ordered they said no. I never go to subway and this is why lmao. Go to the sandwich shop across the street.

A little disappointed with an online order i placed. I usually order in person but didn't have the time to do so and placed an order on the app instead. I added avocado to my foot long sandwhich and was very displeased to find out that there were no avocados in the sandwich. I wasn't even refunded for the nearly $3 i spent to add them in. the girls are usually very good at making the sandwiches but i guess tonight was not their night. hoping this doesn't happen again.

Unbelievable! Why does Subway corporate allow this location to be closed on weekends!
