Rude customer service. Online order was wrong. Had to return to store and she refused to remake it. Employee has a bad attitude.

Well made and portioned sandwich's Darla did a great job nicely done! I've been to a lot of subways and I gotta say this one was one of the best.

This is the closest subway to my home but I had a very poor experience. I was denied service at around 6:30pm on 1/11/23 because the employees (Dianna and Bridgette) were both throwing out the trash despite the trash not being full. While I was waiting in the car they were just talking. The one at the counter wasn't even throwing the trash (Bridgette) and just standing there. Isn't trash thrown out during closing times? I recommend the Subway in Canyon Springs, I've never had a problem there.

Good service and fresh food. I recommend this place if your on a lunch break you'll get your food fast and still have plenty of time to eat.

Don't go to this place girl was rude.I ask to take remove so bread from inside when she be cut, and response was WHAT there nothing take any ways and rolled her eyes. I told her that She did seem to want work today. So I left. The customer service is bad!!!!!!!!

This location was awesome, Visiting from another state and needed to fead 16 soccer players. We ended up coming twice in a week. Really like the friendliness of the ladies. They took care of my team.

I've been here a few times and have always recived great service. Today was exceptionally good. They were slammed with a line out the door. Yet they took really good care of everyone with a smile, too. They worked hard to get the line down and minimize the wait on everyone. I really appreciated that.When it came my turn, they got my sandwich done pretty quickly. The sandwich they made for me was delicious. Just the right amount of toppings and meat. I ordered the black forest ham, one I hadn't tried before. I think I'll definitely order that one again. Might even be my new favorite.

Online order was wrong. I went during my work lunch so no I couldn't go back to say something. But this location could use improvement on paying attention to online orders. Also lettuce was brown and saggy...

The worst sandwich I have ever encountered from your stores. The directions were not followed to the letter and they were not very busy. I think there was no love and care how I felt about the meal.No apologies for not including jalapeños, too much dressing, and did not wrap half sandwiches separately like I asked. The stuffings just fell out of the sandwich and I mustard and mayo everywhere.I took the sandwich home and had to readdress the items inside so I could eat it.

I will not be going to this location anymore as long as these 2 girls that where working tonight will be here. They were rude and gave the vibe they didn't want to be there. We ordered 3 kids meals and when we asked about the juice they seemed very upset with us and told us we didn't bring up we were paying so we didn't get them. Spent almost 60 with a tip on subs alone and have never been this disappointed. I really wish I went to jersey mikes like I originally wanted to.
