I placed a pick up order and it was not ready when I arrived, I didn't complain and waited near the register for my order to be ready. As I was waiting I saw employee Zury handle a clients cash payment and then proceed to make the next sandwich keeping the same gloves on. She then took the next clients cash and I saw her change only 1 glove when I clearly saw her using both hands to handle register, she was about to prepare my sandwich when I asked her if she can please change the other glove as well. She started laughing and said girl you can get a refund if you want. I told her no I want my sandwich but with clean gloves and that I saw her with my own eyes not change gloves on the prior 2 orders. When she was done she just tossed my order on the counter not saying anything to me. She should not work in the food industry. I will never go to this location ever again. I rather drive further and avoid getting sick from a careless employee.

Girl was nice and attended quickly. Unfortunately the tuna didn't look too fresh and literally scraped the last bit from their container to make my sandwich. When we got home my son found 2 long hairs in his sandwich. disappointing ... as he was exited to eat his sandwich but got grossed out understandably!! We will probably give them one more shot, being that the other subway down the street from us just shut down.

I ordered a chicken bacon ranch and asked the young gentleman working if I can have the bacon extra crispy. He did and was kind about it. But it seems the supervisor came out of nowhere and scolded the poor kid for burning the bacon. I thought that was beyond rude especially since she yelled at him in front of other customers and degraded him for no reason. My sandwich came out perfect how he made it by the way it was just the rude supervisor that this bad comment is on.

Have gone a couple times this past week to this subway in the morning and the same girl as always sury was kind with a big smile on her face once again making my sandwich also quickly. Very much appreciate her and the place looked very clean I might add. Thank you for you're service :)

The food was amazing overall, a HUGE shoutout to Veronica! She was the only one working & there were so many people waiting & she stayed calm. It seems very unfair how she was the only one there and how you guys send home the other worker knowing how busy it gets in the afternoon. Even if it's slow you guys should know the times and days that you guys get busy and when it's slow. I hope yall cherish her because I would not blame her if she decides to quit. Also customers if you guys are going there and see it's only one worker, be kind and patient it's not that hard!

I'm extremely upset about my visit today. I came by just now on my lunch break and the entire store was empty. Selena was the worker she had glasses and colored hair. After every single piece of vegetable I asked for she felt the need to rush me and say 'anything else'. I get subway often at other locations and I knew exactly what I wanted however she still managed to fit in that saying after everything I said. I was rushed and she was extremely rude. I had to repeat myself that I wanted extra pickles 3+ times because every time I asked for more she had only added about 1 or 2 extra pickles. I had reached into my bag to get my payment and didn't notice she forgot to add a couple of vegetables as well. I'm sure because she was speaking over me, (with her 'anything else' saying) she didn't hear. My sandwich didn't have everything I wanted and it was also wrapped carelessly and was so wet and gross around the paper. Nonetheless, if she is serving you, sorry for ur experience in advance !!!

I came to eat with my family and the little young girl with the box braids was EXTREMELY rude when I added something to my order after she had charged me she rolled her eyes and grunted at me. I'm just discussing the evening here. We are currently working on some very hard home improvements during the day, not eating much in order to use our time to get a lot of work done, and often very, very tired and starving later in the evening. We were so happy to see that the Subway was now open later, as we try to eat well. However, no one is friendly, no Welcome To Subway. Loud music playing and felt we were interrupting them with what they would rather do. They are apparently displeased we are coming late. So, it's okay, we can buy food elsewhere, and we will from now on. It's just one customer, but over time you will wonder why your business is not doing that well. If it's open late the same standards should apply even at night. If they don't, just close at 8pm again.
