Subway

Recently put in an order for pick up, and the sandwich was so horrible. There were literally barely any toppings, and it was a veggie sandwich so I put in every vegetable topping. I'm not one to complain usually, but this was a joke. I sent an email with the feedback and got contacted by the manager Alejandro Ruiz saying he wanted to make it right. His idea of making it right was sharing the feedback with the employees. No credit or coupon or anything. Complete joke, and horrible customer service from the world's biggest sandwich chain. I will not be returning.

First of all, I walked in to a dirty and unpleasant Subway, Soda machine wasn't working they had no bags. It took the female employee about 5 minutes to acknowledge me because she was having a conversation with her coworker smh! I regret not walking out but i was so hungry and had to go back to work..The subway was so gross, bread tasted as if it was sitting out all night it was hard as a rock, turkey and the veggies were so Gross I took a bite and had to toss it all away, I didn't want to take the risk of getting sick. I don't know how this place it still open.. Avoid at all cost. Or enter at your own risk..

Says they open at 9am. Yet they are unable to make any subs for 15 minutes after they open? Corporate or management need to definitely look into who they hire here. Terrible location.

Terrible customer service, dirty, old food probably from the day before, stale bread, and they didn't prep any more veggies do they were "out" of a bunch of things. They also forgot to give us the apples in the kids meal.

They charged me for 2 large combos and gave me medium drinks. I asked the cashier person who took my order and said thats what we have for larges at the moment. You dont charge people for a large when you have medium drinks and dont even wanna correct it. Never coming back.....

Rude workers!! Restaurant floor was dirty and place smelled weird. Slow service and made my order wrong. Tomatoes looked old on my sandwich. Only had 1 kind of chips available. Long line. Won't be going back

Service was great and the new Fiery meatball sub on ghost pepper bread was amazing! Chipotle sauce instead of Sriracha. Restaurant was clean ambiance great. A+++

Came in to order a Philly. Second time in a row they were out of what I wanted, toppings are missing, and there's only bottled water in the cooler. Is this place going out of business? If so, Subway execs need to shut it down immedatiately. Service was no good as well. Please fix or shut this place down.

Worst Subway I have ever been... They had nothing and the sandwich artist kept apologizing for the lack of everything. Those place needs a change of management or change of ownership.

Ordered online from here two days in row. Both orders not fulfilled, they first order they in formed me wheni arrived that they were out of the protein i purchased. So I had to get something else, plain tasteless veggie delight. Asked ahead to make sure that they had veggie patties in stock today and they said they did. Ordered in on line during my lunch and they cancel my order for no stated reason. Done with this place.
