Store closes at 9 pm. Went at 840 pm and there were 2 employees inside. One was mopping while the other was behind the counter. The door was locked from the inside, and although I was standing at the door, no one ever looked up to open the door. Needless to say I didn't go to this location for my subway needs.

This was the most rushed experience I've ever had at a fast food type place.My daughter and I walked in and the place was EMPTY. We walked up to order and the lady making sandwiches was barking at us when asking us what we wanted on our sandwiches. Already asking the next question before done with the previous. I could understand being rushed if the place was slammed but there was no one there. She also forgot to add cheese to my sandwich...I didn't notice til half way done .While we were eating, we heard the sandwich maker or someone else hacking coughing in the back We don't be back.Two stars because, it was fast, even if beyond rushed

Not sure even 1 star is good for todays experience. I am a frequent customer of this particular subway. I go out of my way to come here and the regular staff (meaning the cheerful/social older lady) manager who is always greeting customers and whipping out orders no matter how long the line is, she makes it pleasant that we dont even mind the wait. Today was a different story. There was a new girl who did not even greet us, she was actually in the back and took about a minute or so to come out. She was so short and just plain rude. I asked her how her day was and told her I had not seen her there before at to which she answered "I have been here for a while just not this location". The way she said it should of been a red flag. All the while I am asking for pricing at which she just stares at me like Im stupid, never even answers. Just stands there for my order. I ask her for any specials she says "they are on the app" , so short and rude it made me so uncomfortable. It was obvious I was not going to get any info from her on pricing, products, etc so I just ordered my food. She was so rude that I did voice out to her that her attitude was unacceptable. Did she tone it down? Nope. She just took the order and was this is the total, period. You know, I go out of my way to come here. I dont think I will be back or at least will walk out if this girl is at the counter. I hope the manager sees this I paid 29.00 for 3 small sandwiches which if she would of informed me of pricing, (because I did ask her where on the wall menu were those sandwiches so I can see the price) I would of made a better choice. I ordered my sandwich through a mobile app with an instruction to cut the sandwich in three pieces. As I walked into pick up my order this older Hispanic lady tells me to grab my order that's on the other side of the counter where the sandwiches are made. As I opened the wrap the whole sandwich fell out because it wasn't even wrapped all the way, was not even cut in two pieces and a mess. I asked the lady if she can cut the sandwich, she comes out of the back and hands me a knife to cut it myself. I couldn't believe the audacity of this lady. There was no customer! This is the worst service. The rudeness of this nonchalant attitude of this employee should be addressed by the manager.

Worst location. Stay away. They don't pickup the phone. Incorrect order, ordered 12" sandwich for an office member but got 6" when brought back to office. Came back next day with receipt and picture of the sandwich and was told to leave info for callback in 24hrs instead of making the same sandwich 6" they was missing. There are other locations so stay away. Franchise owner don't care about customers or their staff.

I understand that employees might have been the only working... However, the energy of the employee was not comfortable at all. I was not asked if I wanted it toasted or not, and after asking me what I would like as far as the lettuce/tomatoes/etc...after every single thing, before I could finish saying what I wanted was already asked "is that all", well sir...if you would let me state what I would like, then after finished...that would be the appropriate time to ask if that was all. The service was not someone I'd want to deal with again. More than positive, I will not return here again. I LOVE SUBWAY... but this place was not anything that I'd want to spend my money at again.
