Subway

Only 1 lady working on 2/20 and she had a long line & online orders and she was super fast!!! She did not seem overwhelmed at all. Very friendly and rang us up quickly. The employees here are always so nice every time I stop by. I love coming to this subway because they take the coupons unlike the one on hidden valley! Food: I asked for double turkey and she recommended one of the sandwiches on the board that comes with double turkey.

Should have listened to the reviews. Placed app order and picked up at 7:30pm, store closes at 9 and they were out of almost everything No mayo, no onions, no ice, only Gatorade as the bottled drink, fridge was almost empty and barely any chips Churro was absolute trash. All I could taste was old oil. Literally had to spit it out! Diet Coke was more water than soda, had to toss it out. Waste of money coming here

I believe the last review before me was at the store at the same time we me. I usually go to Jersey mikes but they're closed so I had no option but order here. Never again. I've been saying this for years that this is a failing company. I just pain 19.78$ for a foot long that's half empty. This is insane.. it's subway. Subway is supposed to be the lowest of the chain. Not 20$ a sub that tastes like rubbish.

Our order was so bad!! The Churro was stale with hardly any sugar and tasted like plastic. The meatball sub was also stale and tasted weird. Very disappointing, definitely won't come here ever again. Let alone any subway.. bleh

Most terrible service I've ever had in my life. Whoever you had working at 1:15pm at the McKinnley location on 10/9/2024 is the WORST employee I've ever dealt with in my life! Not only does she not answer the phone when it's ringing but she's the rudest person. If she doesn't like her job have her get a new one! This is unacceptable!! She has black hair.

If I could give zero stars I would! This location needs to shut down. Apparently the owner is extremely cheap and doesn't care about customers. This is the second and last time I come here! They are always out of everything! If you're going to run a business please have enough inventory for your customers the ones that keep your doors open and bills paid! What a concept! There is no chips, only a few fountain drinks to choose from and worst off only the cheapest meats possible are available. Paid over $15 for items I didn't even want, but got anyways because I was too tired to go anywhere else! The poor worker must hate her job all alone to do mobile orders and in person orders. I had to wait for her to finish a mobile order just to be told we are out of pretty much everything! To top it off the bread was stale! Went straight to the trash! Seriously just close the doors at this point and bring in a business that cares about their customers and workers, rather than be a cheap money hungry owner and sale disgusting stale food! Shame on you! I will be reporting you to the BBB!

I dined at a Corona CA Subway a few nights a go and it was horrible. One of the young females behind the counter (there were two) screamed and yelled obscenities at a customer who was ordering. He was speaking reasonably while she dropped the f-bomb repeatedly. My food nearly dropped out of my mouth.Just awful. I won't go there again.

Went in around 6 pm today and They literally didn't have anything I had asked for tuna and the only thing they had was cold cuts. I'm pregnant and can't even have that. They only had two drinks from the fountain drinks. 3 different types of chips to choose from. They should put a sign up or outside or something cuz they won't tell you till you're already ordering they should definitely let you know beforehand SMH. You're better off going elsewhere cuz they're gonna be out of what you want here. Very disappointing.

Heard that the franchise owner is cheating out on giving workers time and cutting hours. Everytime I come here there's long lines and one person working making online orders. Won't be coming here anymore. I'll be going to a different subway that prioritizes their customers!

ZERO STARS the customer service was rude and extremely malicious the employee working there was blasting satanic music through the whole store with satanic clothing jewelry and tattoos she dismissed everything that I was ordering with my husband and put whatever she wanted on the sandwiches I had to tell her to take off all the things she decided to put on because apparently she was making herself a sandwich. When I told her I wanted a foot long she grabbed a 6inch and I repeated myself and she snapped at me and said I KNOW!! raising her voice for no reason I wasn't rude at all so I'm not sure what her problem was she definitely shouldn't be working in customer service if she can't handle being at least a little respectful and have manners.she shouldn't bring whatever personal problems she has to work and be professional.
