Only one person working and pretty sure she was high as a kite. She didn't know how to make sandwiches or know what was on the menu. Both sandwich were empty and soggy.

I was really disappointed with my visit to the subway today I placed an online order way in advance and when I arrived the order was not started the young man working was very nice but he was by himself and he explained that he had several mobile orders and several in person orders he was working on at one time. I'd placed my order online for a chocolate chip cookie when I arrived there were no chocolate chip cookies the cookies looked horrible and like they had been sitting all day nothing had been replenished in the store as far as chips or cookies and to top it off I get home and the bread for my sandwich is extremely dry and cracked. The young man working tonight was very apologetic but it is not his fault it is the owners responsibility.

Customer service was HORRIBLE. 2 lady's working at the counter, one was nice and patient, the other at the register made me not want to order anything at all. She was rude and was trying to rush everything. When at the register, we asked for cookies, gave us the wrong ones and when we told her those were not the ones we wanted, she seemed really annoyed and threw the cookies to the side. When paying she was also rude saying "anything else" with attitude. The soda machine was working and was dispensing only syrup, when we told her, she said with a super rude tone, ok you're going to have to give me a second, and didn't help at all. When I was finally out of there, I came back to work to enjoy my sandwich only to find out the bread was burnt, burnt to the point that it was soo hard I couldn't even bite into it and cut the upper part of my mouth. Wasted the only carbs I was able to eat today. Thank you for that! NEVER going there again!

Customer service was horrible. 2 people working there were not patient, one was rolling their eyes when we were trying to decide which bread to get. She then whispered silently to herself oh my God. We haven't been there in a long time and I will never go back. I almost was going to stop ordering my food but kept on ordering. I just never experienced this kind of rude service ever when ordering food. Customer service was non existant they should be spoken to and their attitude should be addressed. Being patient and kind is not hard to do. It's been many years since we returned to subway I only went because we had a coupon. Even when I gave her the coupon she became agitated with me that I didn't know how to scan the coupon. First of all I didn't know because I never been there in years she could have scanned it herself. Very disappointed in the caliber of people working there.

I came here right away after another store on FAIRFIELD RANCH ROAD was on her break. I wasn't able to wait so I left to come here. By the time, I got here, I am sure her break was over. Hahaha!This store made some improvements and I liked that.The new girl worker who took my order DID NOT HAVE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE. Earlier, I had to wait for her to finish up the phone order or to go orders. She looked like she is depressed or don't want to be there. I didn't see any smile on her face while other 2 order ladies in the back of the store were laughing doing their duties. There goes the time.....Now we have 3 people vs 1 person at the other store. UUUGHHGH!I got my 2 sandwiches combo and it was perfectly fine but not the best.I will not come back again, for a long time! Universe tells me not to come back to this store and the Fairfield store!The photo attached are from last review.

First, I haven't eaten at Subway for 10+ years due to past experience with lackluster food. However today, seeing they were serving Auntie Anne's soft pretzels, I came back for a try. So sorry I did. I'm giving two stars because the product was not a sandwich for which they are known. However, if I was Auntie Annie's corporate, I might reconsider this cross promotion. My pretzel was beyond chewy. That kind of awful hard bread result you get from over microwaving it. It's was inedible. If you go for a sandwich, I hope it's much better. Just skip the sidekick.

This subway is one of the better subways ive been to. Service/wait: - I came around 545 pm on a thursday and there was about 8 people in line- docking off 2 stars because my pickup order said ready at 545 pm but it wasnt done until 613 pm- nice friendly workers thoughFood:- the sandwiches are better quality than other subways in my opinion, more fresh - they put a good amount in each sandwich

This store is becoming more and more disappointing. At 545p on a Friday night I walked in with 9 people in line and one sandwich artist. This is a repeated scenario at this store and seems that the owner has no interest in staffing based on the day/hour/local event. The clerk gets an A+ for doing her best to provide service to the customers but the owner should be ashamed of leaving an artist by themselves as employee safety is an issue as well!

Leaving 5 stars because the lady working did fantastic, there was a super long line when i came in and each person had big orders and she maintained a high level of professionalism and got through the line as best she could. do have to say i am a but shocked management only had one person working during a busy hour, as a fellow customer service worker id be super frustrated having to work at that time on a WEEKEND with no help. idk if they just had a call out or something but it seemed extremely unfair to her to have to deal with that much alone, credit to her though for handling it as amazing as she did.
