Streamers Party Rental & Supplies

I've used this place three times and it's always a hassle picking up and dropping off. I will not be using them again. If you have an event Saturday they aren't open Sunday for drop off instead they expect people who work to drop them off Monday. They lack communication and courtesy. There was an issue with paperwork because they didn't communicate with their own staff. They are not very friendly either. Cash only as well. Their tables are decent but chairs are not great quality anymoreOverall I will not use them again and will not recommend them.

I really don't understand the negative comments. The past year and half that I've rented from Streamers. The service has been excellent. Always on time. Easy to work with. Prices are reasonable and affordable. I highly recommend Streamers Party Rental and Supplies.

Called for last minute tables and chairs and they were able to help me without any problems and even offered delivery. Definitely renting again from here

My family has been using this business for years and most of the time we have good luck. But this last time we rented tables, chairs, linens, and overlays for a baby shower. We received the linens the same day of the party (which we had requested the day before) and they were delivered very wrinkled and had an awful odor. I had to use my own steamer to get the wrinkles out. I was very disappointed in this and will not be using them again.

Terrible Place!!! I wanted to rent chairs and tables but I told her I needed a lot more chairs than tables she said she doesn't like to but would do it for me, she told me she also had linens for the tables and chairs also, but I told her No that I did not need them. she said if I change my mind to let her know. So I paid for the rental of the tables and chairs in full and paid for delivery. A week before the party she called me while I was at my daughters Graduation to make sure for the date and she said "Do you still want the linens I told her No I did not want the linens and then she said the only reason she rented so many more chairs is because I agreed to rent linens she said she had it on the receipt and I argued with her and told her she was lying because my receipt did have that agreement she got upset and said ok but next time I would have to rent the linens too I told her there will not be a next time. It was too close to the party to look for another rental place, the chairs are filthy, the delivery guys were very nice, but I will NEVER rent from her again!!!

My family has used them a few times and they're always polite and provide what was contracted. Their chairs and tables are typical of what you get from rental companies, not the best looking stuff but they will do. I think it's really unfair to rate a business so low because they don't provide a service you were hoping to get from them. Rent the tables and chairs then rate them on that.

Terrible place...they don't open on time, never answer the phone, equipment are dirty.... Save yourself the headache and take ur business somewhere else.

Friendly staff but very unorganized . They open late 11am witch is kinda frustrating especially if your trying to get stuff returned early Before work. They did have chairs and tables available that 5 other party supplies didn't. witch is a good thing but the prices are on the expensive side witch is more then likely why they had stock avail for rent . The most frustrating thing is that they NEVER answer there phone . There ok if your in a bind.
