I had my son's 7th birthday this year, and every year, please slow down the birthdays! Anyway! Contact SR Party Rentals again for my tables/chairs and Luis is the best! Just text the number and he will get everything situated for your party. We are pretty close to him, so we pick up from his house and he makes it so easy. I love that he uses Venmo and emails me a receipt and contract with the remaining balance. Luis is the absolute best!

I found SR Party Rental via Yelp. I was looking for a jumper for my daughter's 1st birthday. SR Party Rental was communicative from the beginning. I initially messaged the vendor on Yelp but the communication was also done on text and email as well. I rented a princess jumper for a Saturday party. After paying the deposit, confirmation was sent and the Thursday before the party, Luis confirmed that the jumper would be dropped off on Friday. As promised, Friday morning I got a text with an ETA, and the jumper was dropped off and set up. I paid for the rest of the balance and that was it. We had our birthday party on Saturday and then it was time to pick up. The pick-up process was super simple. Luis and his team texted with their ETA, came, packed up, and picked up the jumper. It was a great experience for me and our family. The prices are competitive and the whole process was simple and smooth. This was my first time renting out jumper and it won't be the last with 2 kids! And I definitely recommend SR party rental for all the big party needs. I've used SR party rentals for the last few parties we have had, and they have been great! They are very accommodating, by ensuring you have what you need in plenty of time to set up! Deposit required, but fair pricing! I appreciate them, as they are great at communication and the crew are all very respectful and polite! I will be utilizing them for all events moving forward.

I contacted Luis from SR Party Rentals via text at 10pm at night on Feb 26 and he responded back to me at 5:30am the next day, Feb 27!!! He was super quick responding and sent me an invoice/contract shortly after. The day before the event, Luis communicated to me via text when he was going to come by and the same for when he came to pick up the rentals. I really appreciated his quick turnaround time in his response and how easy it was for me to check this off my to do list for the party. I would give them 10/10 for communication, I really couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you SR Party Rentals!!!

Ok. We just used them for our event. It started off a little slow. Response time was slow but I'm going to chalk it up to the holiday weekend. They had a strong finish which is why I gave them 5 stars. They were very reasonable. Communicated delivery and pick up and were right on time. Their equipment was clean and all in working order. They were professional and their set up was professionally done. I highly recommend them for your party rental needs.

If there was 10 stars id give this company TEN golden stars. Now Luis goes above and beyond for his company. Luis had to deliver to our company in Palmdale for a 10 person private party with elite officials in the city of Palmdale, and while the unloading Luis forgot 1 chair. We thought it was no big deal since we can get a chair from our office place, but Luis took it upon himself to drive two hours back to Corona and back to Palmdale to complete the delivery. I can't say that I've had any better experience with any other company. You have won my business and I will order from you again!

This company is a true life saver. We rented a huge canopy tables and chairs for my 50th birthday. (Btw I'm glad I did since it rained.) They came out a day before and setup the canopy for us and even asked before setting it up. Chairs and table we had to setup on our own but it was easy. Everything worked as planned and protected me and 45 cyclists from the rain. I we definitely be using them again.

I called them, booked my order confirmed the amount set pick up time. Everything was well communicated at first when I asked for the address, they stopped replying back to me. When it was time to pick up my order I tried calling several times no answer. I went to wherever Yelp address took me to there was nothing there, it's so disappointing because I called early in the day to plan this pick up. I really needed these tables and chairs for my daughter so she can tell her friends to come out in her quinceanera . but since it was a small order, I guess it wasn't good enough for them. The sad part is that when you own a company every order should matter because if this small delivery would've been a great experience, I would have used this company for my daughters Quinceañera in six months; for my daughters baptism in eight months and for my kids birthday parties and future parties, but I will never Call or use this business again I do not recommend them. Waste of time and so much stress going to go buy tables and chairs the morning of my get together.

Pricing was great and they came to drop off and pick up table cloths for a wedding, it was a breeze. The arrival came later than scheduled but they stayed in communication with us the whole time. Would rent with them again!
