Spring Field Banquet & Conference Center

My husband and I got married one month ago (07/29/2022) and Gaby took part as our caterer and day of coordinator for our wedding ceremony and reception as well as the help from Shelly. Gaby is so well organized and detailed with her work, she also makes sure that every question we had was answered and even offered recommendations for things we had no idea to. For context, my husband and I are both the first to be married in our household so we did lots of the planning ourselves and were very nervous for the outcome once the day came. Thankfully, Gaby knew how to make everything simple for us yet elegant. She is kind and generous with her work, the food her and her staff make are delicious and have a lot to offer. The summer salad with a berry vinaigrette we had on our menu was my favorite dish. If you are hosting any sort of event and in need of a caterer or wedding coordinator, I highly recommend reaching out to Gaby & Shelly as you won't regret it. Thank you Gaby & Team for making our wedding day literally the best day ever!

I went here for Mother's Day with my mom today, and they were absolutely wonderful. The staff is kind, it is easy to get through to them and make a reservation on the phone, and the tea selections are delicious! The building itself is beautiful and big, and the tea room is cute and quaint like a traditional teahouse! I'd love to go here again and would recommend it to anyone.

Just had my wedding here.... and let me say.. that this place can be magical with a little sprinkle of creativity! I rented the ballroom for our 200 guests and we were able to use the balcony and patio that overlooked our ballroom. (Plenty of space for our bar, cheese catering, and even a photo booth) They accommodated us in everything - Literally EVERY single questions and comments I had to changing my mind with every little thing to last minute they were able to get me what I wanted for my big day. (forgive me... I was such a bug-a-boo) heheheOn the big day I do remember the employees coming up to us to make sure everything was okay... my husband and I never had to ask for anything.. we had a kick back time.Spring Field is big enough to have any huge events you are planning on throwing! (They have many rooms you can actually pick from if the ballroom is not for your event)Sang, Shelly, and Alex Thank you guys for making my big day awesome! So glad we found ya!

We tried Springfield for their afternoon tea today. The food was tasty, the tea selection was plentiful, and the atmosphere was cute. After being in lockdown with no afternoon tea this was a nice change of pace.

Spring Field really made our special day extra special. My husband and I had no real concept of what a wedding ceremony and reception should be, as we've never really been too interested in those types of things before, but Gaby made our day go off without any problems! Shelly was also really accommodating, and Gaby was so helpful and worked with all of our last minute adjustments, and was just so wonderful on the day of the ceremony and reception. Thank you all for such a wonderful day!

The sandwiches and salads are ok, but the scones are soo dry, they taste like cardboard.

We had our wedding here in April and I'm so happy we went with this place. We were upgraded to to Rose ballroom since a smaller party wanted Carnation Hall, which we were totally okay with. They let us come in the day before to decorate the room since we wouldn't have time the day of, and anytime I called or emailed, they always got back to me in a timely manner. I also showed up a few times randomly and they were always so nice with us walking around to determine how we would decorate. The day of, their staff was so on top of everything and I'm so glad, one less stress being the bride. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Our teen homeschool group, RK SoCal Teens, held our Prom at Springfield Banquet Center last night, April 27, 2012.The facility is stunning, and the staff are all professional and always courteous!We arrived around 3:30 to prep for the 6pm event, and the staff was already hard at work having completed the set up and prepping for dinner.The ballroom we chose was downstairs and perfect for our Prom of 130 teens. Hardwood floors, strung lights, and elegant tables make the room pop.The Mexican buffet dinner was delicious- rice, bean, salad, chips/salsa, chicken, steak, cheese enchiladas, and fresh tortillas.The crew was always ready with busing the tables, serving food, getting pitchers of water. Our teens kept them busy!This event would not have gone so perfectly if it had not been for this fantastic location and the staff! Thank you, Springfield!

Our review is long over due! When we first went to go see the venue we immediately fell in love with it! Everyone was so sweet and helpful and got us the perfect price! This is a beautiful venue! Everything about our wedding was a hit! Everyone had a great time and we of course enjoyed every second of it! I wouldn't have changed anything! The rose ballroom is absolutely beautiful! We had our wedding pictures taken inside the bridal room and those were amazing. Everything about this place awesome! Thank you guys!!

My son and his wife just got married yesterday. We were planning a quickie wedding, and so we were under the gun to choose a location. I found Spring Field online, and I'm so glad I did. From the moment I met with Gaby, I knew everything was going to be okay. Gaby is very personable, and I felt a connection with her right away. Gaby's catering company provided the food, and Gaby gave us excellent direction and advice in order to make our small event memorable and special. The food was wonderful, and the service was on point. The other thing I really like is the vintage, traditional look of the building. It has a lot of character. There is plenty of parking behind the building.I can't say enough about Gaby and her staff. Thank you, Gaby and Spring Field, for making the occasion so special!
