We met there to say farewell to a good friend. The staff was so accommodating while we put up decorations. It was a Monday so the staff was light but the service was fantastic!

Our group went in to watch a game and grab some food. They have pitchers of beer and a decent appetizer selection. Our server was great, it was super busy but he took care of us.

We walked in and was told to self seat. I can't remember the girl who took care of us but she was very friendly and attentive. We sat in the front area away from the bar since our little one was with us. He loved the pizza we ordered for him. My husband and I both had wings and enjoyed them being normal size wings (not jumbo or tiny). The poppers were great too. Wings were flavorful. They have a full bar but we just had angry orchard. We went early in the day so the noise level was fine. They offer happy hour specials too.

Delicious, delicious food. Great service, and bottomless mimosas. Too bad golf carts aren't being allowed to cross Railroad Canyon Road to access the Canyon Lake town center. Perfect Sunday Funday Brunch to celebrate Trump dodging an assassin attempt.

There was a young bartender on duty with no personality whatsoever .. she wasn't friendly or informative of the menu and not one server knew what the happy hour special was or prices .. I was told get up and go look at the board as you walked in.. it is a decent bar but the staff make or break a business. Tables were all dirty when I walked in .. maybe I caught them in a Friday and in a bad mood ..

The environment is great. You can sit over in an eating area with minimal TV and bar noise, or you sit in the sports bar area and enjoy the entire Sport Bar atmosphere. Service is quick and ensures you are taken care of. The food is on-point and very enjoyable. Many options and the food makes you feel as if you got your money's worth.

Overall, I always have a great experience at our local bar and grill, here in the quaint community of Canyon Lake, CA, The Sport Stop. The food is always consistent, hot and freshly made. My favorite is the Poke appetizer bowl and the stuffed artichokes. The poke has the perfect amount of Ahi tuna, coleslaw, tomatoes, an amazing sauce served with crunchy light chips. I never regret ordering it. The stuffed artichoke is buttery, perfectly steamed with parmesan, and a dipping sauce. My husband usually orders a burger or a specialty pizza. ALL of them are delicious and the burgers are served with coated doubled baked french fries. The fries are absolutely delicious. The Sport Stop has a good selection of beers and cocktail menu, which could use a little revamping from a good mixologist and a line of better specialty drinks, (In my opinion). The vibe is warm community oriented feel, with lots of regulars who are always friendly and eager to talk to one another. A little bit of hip and little bit of sports feel. Lots of TV's to watch your favorite sports, a jukebox, and pool tables for the night life and weekend crowds. They also premiere local live bands on some weekends. The average age is 30-60 year old patrons. There is always a sea of golf carts parked in front of the establishment from our locals here. It's also family and pet friendly with a nice patio and heaters. The service is 90% good. Sometimes during busier hours, the wait time for a server is little longer than I think is appropriate, but overall is pretty good. Recently I've been sitting at the bar if I'm in a hurry. The service is faster. The restrooms are kept clean and tidy which is us ladies appreciate. Keep up the good work. If you drive through Canyon Lake, make sure you try this quaint hidden gem on Railroad Canyon Drive.
