Visited Spaggi's back in August of 2024 and I was surprised to see that the location was in basically a strip mall, but the atmosphere inside made it seem like you walked into a completely different place than where you came from. Our server was really nice and attentive and was patient to share with us his recommendations. Table got the linguini pesto pomodoro and the braised short rib. I've never had anything quite like the linguini because my palate had been previously limited to pesto and tomato sauce separately up until now but it complemented each other so well. The richness of the pesto mixed with the acidic tomato made a surprising tasty combination. The short rib was made well! Very simple but in a way that I knew that it wasn't going to fail me when I first saw it. This might sound silly but the star of the table that wowed me was the olive tapenade (not pictured) and how good it went with the bread. Throughout the meal I couldn't help but keep going back to it!

I've talked about the food and the service for many reviews. Anna and Henry are the owners and if they aren't the nicest people you have ever met you better show up with pictures of your nominees with halos around their heads or their titles need to be St. someone. My mom ran into some health problems and thankfully is fine now. Got her out of the nursing facility yesterday; today she wanted to go somewhere nice where they take care of you, and picked Spaggi's. A great meal, great service. But at the end Anna brought out a bag with some goodies/ a care package for us. The package had soup and two comfort food meals. Hope there are not too many typos, but it is difficult to type with tears in your eyes. Above and beyond. Love the new server, Chris, he fits in perfectly with Scott, Cam, Cassandra, and the rest of the crew.

Beautiful Italian romantic restaurant . Love the lighting , the decor . Very intimate. The waitress was super nice , kind, helpful . Food was delicious , tasty . Truly a good place to come to. Desserts were beyond superb.

I went to make reservations on Yelp and realized my previous reviews are no longer showing on the Yelp page. I will recreate and share my experience with you. I have been following Chef Henry for more than 10 years. Chef Henry used to have a live food demonstration at the Pomona Fairplex in the Wine Competition Center. This popular event was discontinued, hopefully it will return. Chef Henry and his wife have a restaurant in Upland and a new Event Center for large gatherings in Fontana. The restaurant specializes in various pasta dishes, seafood and steak. I recommend the crab cakes for starters or a salad. Entrée: Seabass, Lasagna, aged Ribeye steak, or Beef Wellington. Share a dessert: Pineapple upside-down cake or Peach tart. Reservations are a must, especially for Valentine's Day .

We came over for a Birthday Party Dinner for our Nieces 18th Birthday . We sat in a room that was just for our Party of 12 people. The decor is very nice nice artwork and nice tables with chairs. The Service was exceptional , our waiter was very pleasant and was always checking up on us I ordered their special that has a measly of Clams, mussels, shrimp, salmon and scallops along with a health serving of Fettuccini. I also orders a side of Meatballs they Tasted great!! If you happen to be in the Upland area near Foothill and Benson. Stop in and enjoy some great Italian Food. You will not be disappointed.

This is my very first time coming here and I was so pleased that the staff were so nice and attentive. I was very surprised and excited to get a chef complementary pasta dish and it was soo yummy! I got the pesto pasta and it was full of flavor. All in all I will be coming back for date night

My wife and I recently dined at Spaggi's again and it was excellent! We sat on the patio which was kept comfortably warm with heaters, and we shared the calamari as a starter. It was light and crispy, not greasy at all and was served with an amazing piping-hot marinara dipping sauce. My wife loved her lobster ravioli, and I was very happy with the surf and turf (steak and lobster). The service was friendly and attentive, our server Scott was very knowledgeable about the menu and his recommendations for both food and wine were great! Spaggi's is one of the best restaurants in the foothill communities of the east San Gabriel Valley, I highly recommend coming in for dinner and making a reservation in advance as they do book up.

Spaggi's never disappoints! This was my third visit, and each time the food and service has been outstanding. For Valentine's Day, we had the opportunity to dine in the chef's kitchen. I had the Lobster Ravioli di Aragosta and Asiago Potatoes (not pictured) as an appetizer. Highly recommend both! The ambiance, attention to detail, and warm hospitality make Spaggi's a must-visit - especially for a special occasion!
