Sour Cellars is a hidden brewery tucked away in an industrial area of Rancho Cucamonga, making it feel like a well-kept secret (but it's not). With plenty of parking available and a quiet atmosphere, it's an ideal spot to unwind. As soon as you step inside, you're greeted by a unique atmosphere reminiscent of a speakeasy. The pirate-themed decor adds an intriguing touch, with dark interiors and historic elements that create a cozy, intimate vibe. It's the kind of place where you can easily spend hours chatting and enjoying the surroundings.Sour Cellars specializes in sour beers, and it's clear that they put a lot of effort into their brewing process. I had the opportunity to try Fight #2 for $15, which I found to be very affordable. However, the standout for me was Tweague, a golden sour ale refermented with kumquats. The flavor profile was fascinating, featuring a unique umami aftertaste that was unexpectedly delightful--I still can't quite pinpoint the exact notes, but it left a lasting impression. It's no surprise that Tweague is popular among their customers! The service at Sour Cellars was top-notch. Our server was not only kind and attentive, but also a great conversationalist, adding to the overall positive experience. It's always nice to connect with staff who are passionate about the products they serve. If you're in the area and looking for a unique brewery experience focused on sours, I highly recommend checking out Sour Cellars. It's a hidden gem that deserves more recognition!

First time here was back in July 2017 so we decided it was time to come back. Stopped by on 11/30/24 with my friend - we're both fans of sour beers, it's the first thing we look for on menus so this place is definitely a must. Decor and ambiance is still the same which is great because there's nothing better than consistency. Drinks are great! We ordered a flight and the Goldfinch mead. Mead was delicious. Come check this place out.

My husband and I decided to check out this place to support local businesses. Even though we're not big fans of sours, we thought we'd give the tasting flight a try--and to our surprise, we really enjoyed it! The atmosphere is charming with its Victorian style, relaxed music, and great vibes, making it the perfect spot to unwind. It was a lovely, laid-back setting for conversation while sipping on the unique sour flights. Our bartender was friendly and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to come back to explore more of their selections!

Cool vibe. Wallpaper for royalty! The staff super friendly. Oh and did I mention the beer. We had flight 1 and 3 from the sours. All very tasty and such a pleasant ambiance. We ate before coming, as no food. But that ended up perfect - plenty to drink. They also had a wine and mead list fyi. Try it you won't be disappointed

Found this place while in the area browsing breweries on Yelp, reviews were impressive so my sister and I decided to stop by. Ok love the vibes in here!! It didn't feel haunted despite the Victorian decor, energy was great & chill. Perfect for a date night! Music was mellow & the bartenders who I think are the owners were extremely informative & nice. You can tell they put a lot of thought behind their craft. It's definitely worth trying, they have a lot of interesting yet tasty sours. They also had a food truck outside. Definitely support this local business and give them a visit!

This place is out of their mind with their taproom decor. It's beautiful. Very cool vibe in there. Felt like I should be in the middle of a murder mystery. Anyway, now for the beer. I split a flight with my wife. We were brewery hopping the beer here is high in ABV. I'm not big on beer that's barrel-aged but I already knew what I was getting into. However the beer was fantastic. I had a blast tasting all the flavors and notes in the beer. The owners of this space should be proud of what they've put together.

Interesting/unique setting and several tasty beers. I'm not a huge sour fan, my buddy is, that's why we went. He enjoyed the sour beers, I enjoyed an ipa and a taster of one of the sours (that was all my pallet needed). Went on a quiet night, more people would have livened up the place.

Walk in and take a trip to the Victorian ages. While there is no food, the service and drinks are excellent. The ambiance also makes you feel like you time traveled back in time. Cheers
