I can't speak highly enough about this company! Extremely communicative, helpful, professional and they truly seem to care about the quality and enjoyment of the rentals.... I have never experienced this level of service from a bounce house rental company... They even disinfected the entire bounce house in front of us before the party!I would recommend this company to anyone who asks... as long as they don't want the same rental I want on the same day (just kidding... kind of)We got the "Fortress Combo With Dual Slide and Cotton Candy Machine" for my daughters 5th birthday. And it was a hit! It easily fit the 11 kids that we had. They had so much fun cycling through the jump area and slides (many slide races)... thank goodness we had the sugar in the cotton Candy to keep the kids going!The adults took their turn in it after the kids were done, and I am pretty confident when I say that we had just as much (maybe even more) fun as the kids! For the cotton Candy machine- adults definitely need to make the cotton Candy... it was a little Difficult at first, but once we got it figured out it was great! We had a lot of fun using it... and now it has become a requested staple of birthdays... yes after only one time!Again: great products, excellent service from genuinely nice people. I think everyone should give them a shot!

We just rented a princess jumper with this company this weekend. They are by far the best party company we have worked with, on time, responsive communicative and the prices are reasonable. They were so kind even provided my little one with a goody bag for her birthday. We plan on using them again soon! Highly recommended

This review is long overdue. I rented a bounce with slide, tables & chairs for my daughter's 4th birthday last year and will be renting from them again. Abby and her team are great to work with and provide clean, safe and sturdy bounce houses. I could tell by the care they took to set up and tear down the bounce house that their product was going to be top tier. I thought I was OCD with cleaning but they made sure the tarp was laid out perfectly, they carefully rolled out/up the bounce house, they wiped down the bounce before and after, and they put it away very neatly where it needed to be. The way they treated their equipment and me was a direct reflection of the people they are. Don't shop around, just rent from them!

Loved these guys. So punctual and easy to work with. My kids loved the water slide we rented and the snow cone machine they threw in was a hit. I will definitely have them listed in my contacts for my go to. I had a few parents at the party ask who I got my rentals from and they got my recommendation. I would highly recommend these guys. Try them out you won't be disappointed.

Amazing used them for our twins 4th birthday party and they were very easy to work with , responded fast and helped every question i had , let me know what time they were gonna show up showed up when they said they would and texted me to let me know when they'd be picking up as well , loved that they had tarps for under the jumper and marked where the steaks were so no one would trip , Will definitely be using them in the future

We used smile face painting for my son's sixth birthday. We ordered an inflatable bounce house. They came promptly and were very nice to help us figure out the best place to put it. The bounce house was very clean and the seams were very tight so it was extra bouncy. They clean the bounce house when they set it up and then again when they picked it up.we will die sire use them again!!! Thanks SMILE FACE PAINT YOU ROCK!!!

Abby and her team were amazing to work with. Very professional and responsive, easy communication, clean jumper, prompt arrival for setup and takedown. They rent the jumper for more than enough time for the party, which decreased my stress the day of the event. Other places only give you jumpers for 4 hrs, not allowing for guests to arrive later and still enjoy the jumper. Couldn't have asked for anything better. I will definitely use smiles face painting & inflatables again in the future!

Abby and her team at Smiles have the best service and highest quality inflatables we've ever received. Over the past 5 years we've rented about 6 times and we typically rent the same style tropical bouncer and water slide combo each time. The one we got from Smiles this time was the best hands down. From the materials to the setup, our kids and party guests enjoyed it all day long. We also got a couple 10x10 ez ups and a table with some chairs and they were clean and sturdy. The tents were super nice and crisp clean. Thank you Smiles!!!

Abby from Smiles face painting & inflatables was amazing to work with. She responded to all my questions and communicated throughout the process. They arrived hours before the party and set up the inflatable (we got the fortress and it was a huge hit). Abby arrived to do all the kids face paintings as well as some of the adults and she was amazing. She's extremely sweet and great at working with the kids. I highly recommend this company for your next party!
