Shrimp Factory

Came here on a Saturday at about 1:30pm. Had a very nice server Stephanie. Had a Dos Equis, goose IPA, garlic fries, zucchini fries. A pound of peeled shrimp, and 6 raw oysters. Everything was very good.

Maybe they were having an off day...I really wanted to like this place! I'd been wanting to try it for a while and when my boss said lunch was on him, I jumped at the chance to give it a shot!I ordered for pickup and when I arrived, the parking lot smelled amazing! I was anxious to try my food as a result. The place was completely empty when I walked in. That was surprising to me on a Friday afternoon at lunchtime. I was greeted upon entering and informed the young lady I had a pickup order. She didn't confirm my name or order but said it was almost ready. So...mine must have been the only order? The place is bright and spacious with lots of booths and tables available for dining in. Television screens are playing throughout the place and were streaming sports while I was there. I appreciated they appeared to keep remnants of the fish tank from the sushi place that used to be in this location, as I used to frequent that sushi place a lot back in the day! When I got home, I opened everything up and was immediately disappointed. The description online said "head on shrimp" and these were definitely not. In fact, after tasting them, I believe they were old and/or previously frozen. The mussels tasted old as well. And the crab was so overcooked it was dry and practically non-existent in the shell. The corn was also dry and flavorless. Actually, for having selected the "house medley" seasoning, I'm surprised at how flavorless everything was. Thankful I ordered extra potatoes and sausage, as those were the best part of the meal, as well as the steamed white rice.

Horrible!! So we have been here once before today and the food was good. Went today and did not get to order. Was greeted by a lady as we walked in and she yells there's 3 tables before you while she's mopping. We sat down. She was in a hurry when she went to our table rushed us on our drinks. Brought our drinks she had extra straws she threw them behind a table next to us and then slammed her tablet on the wall and then threw it on the table proceeded to mop. Idk what that was about but we walked out lol this is not how we wanna spend our money or our meaningful time. I left craving shrimp boil very disappointed customer service did disappoint.

The fried catfish is always fried to perfection. The medium sauce is very tasty with a nice kick. Never a crowd or long wait. Truly a hidden gem.

Do not eat here!!! Food is not kept at the correct temperature and rotten. It is severed like this with others getting sick!!!! You have been warned!!!Absolutely not misleading! This photo came from within...

It was pretty good. Wasn't quite as delicious as some other places I've been too. But when you live in the IE, this is the closest of choices without the drive. The ambiance was kind of nice because their seafood theme looks decent. It's a place you could take your family to. The service was pretty ok. There's room for improvements here, but yet at the same time,

Terrible service, no non-spicy options. Only thing for my little brother was catfish and everything was bad. The food was mediocre. And ambience was a little lacking. I feel like they should add a non-spicy menu for there for Customers that cannot eat spicy food.

Loved, loved, loved this place, we are DEFINITELY coming back. From the minute we walked in the door Alex our waitress was very sweet and helpful, took our drink order and was patient with us when ordering since this was our first time here, we were very impressed with the food, it was DELICIOUS. The place is clean, small, but cozy, their prices are worth every penny for the amount we got, but the FLAVOR was behond what we expected.This was my treat to my hubby for Valentine's day and he LOVED IT!!! We HIGHLY recommend you giving this place a visit, you will not be disappointed

I ordered from door dash so I can't comment on the service but Food was good! Corn was a little mushy not too bad tho. Mild does have a good kick and it gets more intense the more you eat it but it's so good! I dont recommend getting mild if you are sensitive to spice. Sauce was a little soupy for my liking I love my sauce thick!! So that's why just 4 stars But over all the shrimp bag was good. Really like the Cajun fries too

Food is good but customer service is really poor my wife and I sat ourselves down like they said but were never offered drinks nor did anyone come to check up on us after about 20 minutes no workers in sight and the managers did not ask us if we needed anything at all, people who got there after us were greeted and served which really frustrated us and we just decided to walk out and leave because that is just unacceptable we really tried to be patient but wont be coming back again!
