Shake Shack Victoria Gardens

This location is small but there is a decent size outdoor patio in the back with additional tables. Kiosk ordering is available to the left right when you walk in. Their burgers are pricey but I only come here for the Shack Stack. If you love mushrooms, you will enjoy this burger. It's your typical shake shack burger but they add a fried mushroom stuffed with cheese on top of the regular patty. So good!

Pricey, I'll start with that. While the black truffle burger was cooked well, and very tasty, I was not a fan of ordering items individually. At least during my experience, we had a family of 4 and ordered two burgers and four fries just to share everything and the bill was around $64. ouch! That said, the storefront was clean and very modern. The bathrooms were nice and stocked. I did find it odd and slightly uncomfortable that what seemed to be the store manager was having a full-blown teams/zoom call across from us with a bunch of binders and notepads on the table. To me as a Manager myself, I don't think that is the appropriate place to be conducting management meetings. Perhaps there are not any other areas, but the dining area still seems like a bad agrangement.

Shake Shack is a classic burger place and it is so nice to have it nearby home. I love burgers and they really know how to do it right here. I ordered the Black Truffle Burger with crispy onions. The burger is perfectly seasoned. The onions add a nice crunch. The bun is soft and buttery. The truffle sauce is delicious. It was an awesome burger!We also got the Black Truffle Shack Stack. That mushroom and melty cheese is like no other burger spot! Coupled with the curly fries and you've got yourself the perfect lunch!We normally get drinks or a shake but skipped out on it this time. But highly recommend their shakes. It isn't called Shake Shack for no reason.For a gourmet burger with a casual restaurant vibe, run to your nearest Shake Shack!

It's pretty nice having a Shake Shack so close to home! We hadn't been to this location because it felt like a special place we reserved for when we go into Los Angeles to see a show. My oldest recently tried their fried chicken sandwich and couldn't stop raving about it. I'm on their email list and received an offer code for their fried chicken sandwich good on Sundays through December 15. We decided to take advantage of that offer recently and we each ordered the chicken sandwich. The breading is so light and crispy. Absolutely delicious! The pickles and herbed mayo really make the sandwich! I have to agree, I may actually like the chicken sandwich more than the burger, and I love the burger! Sadly we were all so hungry, we didn't let the camera eat first this time. LOL!

RUN TO SHAKE SHACK!Their Truffle Burger and Truffle fries are amazing!!!I am a burger addict, just love me a good burger and crinkle cut fries.When visiting California, I always stop at Shake Shack.Now remember, it is a fast food joint, so order at counter and find a booth. Nothing fancy. You are there for the food not the ambiance. lolThis trip i got the double truffle burger, oh my. Bun was so soft and the flavors-spot on!Fries are always good but with the truffle dipping sauce? Took them to a new level. YUMMY!They also serve beer and wine if you want.

First time trying Shake Shack and I've been wanting to try it because of all of the hype I hear about these burgers. I ordered the shackburger and it was pretty tasty. I do wish the bun was toasted so it would hold the burger a little better. But still a tasty burger. Their crinkle fries are pretty good as well. It is pricier than In and Out so they do need to work on pricing a bit to be a bit more competitive. I am only comparing the two because most people do when talking about burgers.

First time here Burger was really tasty Little small . But the fries were delicious.Will be back

I'm glad to see Shake Shack open in Victoria Gardens and have been here many times. The staff is usually friendly, and the place is clean. The burgers are good, though a bit pricey compared to other spots I frequent. I've heard great things about their chicken sandwiches, so I'll definitely try one next time. It's located next to the Victoria Gardens food court with plenty of parking.

We came in on a Saturday for lunch. We had the shack burger the hot dog, and the fries! We placed the order on the app and by the time we parked and walked to the location, our bag was ready for pick up. The buns were my fave! They're very soft and delicious. The shack burger is a good portion. The hot dog is very plain, but it's pretty good, it's also cut lengthwise to ensure proper cooking and also it makes it easier for our little ones to eat. The fries were cooked perfectly, it was salted and crunchy. I think we got the Parmesan fries, dipped with ketchup. The ambiance inside can get chaotic, especially by the counter, so it was great that we could place the order via the app. They have some tables and chairs inside and outside on the patio as well, but in case there aren't any more space for your party, it's located conveniently next to the food court where there are always plenty of tables!

Entering in the building there's a self order kiosk and the cashier. I went to the self order which is what I prefer to do if possible and it was convenient and informative. After ordering I sat outside with a number that I assigned my self from the kiosk so a worker would deliver the food to the table. The wait wasn't long at all and the gentleman that delivered was friendly. Nothing bad to say about this place. Although, I can see this place being super packed and take too long with orders when they have their rush hours. Portions are good and decently priced. You can never go wrong with shake shack
