Serrano Vista Cafe

My breakfast was delicious. Love the steak and eggs here! Its almost like a homestyle feel in an upscale setting.And my server Vanessa was very kind and sweet. Not only did she check up on me, her service was prompt and pleasant! Ask for her she is great!So have enjoy a warm breakfast at Serrano Vista Cafe and remember to make reservations and tell them Ms. Ross sent you!

Spaghetti meatballs and Pastrami with salad & blue cheese were good except for the garlic bread was too hard.Service was great, courteous, friendly, fast and very accommodating. Thank you for Michael, Sarah, and Victor for the warm and great service. Best service I ever had in this place.Place is always very clean and we were seated fast. No waiting this time.

After the Chelsea Handler show we decided to have dinner here at 10 pm lol!! So late for all of us . Thank goodness Serrano Vista cafe is alot more quieter, we can have a conversation and not have to shout at each other. Unlike chingon and rock & brews it's very loud my throat hurts after leaving those two places . Serrano Vista interior designs are beautiful, calm & serene . Settings can feel intimate, can also occupy large groups as well . We were seated with in 15 minutes of waiting. Our waiter Tyra took our order and the rest of the staff who brought over our plates were friendly and attentive. My friend and I had the 8 oz. New York Beef strip with eggs , fries and toast. My friend had 2 bites of her steak, she mentioned it felt like it's been sitting under the heat lamp for a while. We did agree the steak was chewy, had no flavor despite having grilled marks. Two of my other friends had the bibimbop to add chicken $9 , shrimp $10 extra. They two were not impressed with their choice. One mentioned the chicken were bland and texture of rubber , while my other friend thought her huge shrimps were cooked perfectly. We did come to the consensus the food was not the best, not the worse .

I recently had breakfast at the Serrano Vista Cafe. I ordered the Bagel & Lox and fresh fruit. The Bagel & Lox were delicious! They didn't skimp on the cream cheese. There was so much that I had to scrape some off. The fruit was really good, but the portion size was small. I've also ordered several items to go (Loco Moco, Pastrami Hash, and Chorizo Omelet). All of these items were good. Sorry, forgot to take pictures of the to go items.

We came here for dinner since the steak house was all booked up. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs which was very delicious. My partner wanted to sea bass, but the waitress said they were sold out for the night, interesting that this is a 24/7 restaurant and something could be sold out. So, my partner who is allergic to sesame, ordered the BLT instead. We requested the wheat break since the multigrain would have sesame seeds. They still brought out the BLT with the multigrain bread. The server proceeded to say that it does not have sesame seeds, but it did. What is the point of asking about allergies when making a reservation and then requesting a different type of bread and they still bring out the wrong thing. It took so long for it to be replaced. My partner was siting there hungry while I was trying not to eat all my food, as it was getting cold. I am not sure if we will be back here.

Great hearty meal on a cold, rainy day outside, nothing a great bowl of warm steel cut oats cannot take care of...,Fernanda was top notch on service-as usual, thank you, remember to tip well as everyone is making less since the fires- help stimulate the local economy !!!!!

While at the Yammava Resort casino, I ate at this restaurant Located inside at the far back. I ordered just a Caesar salad because it was late in the evening. It was very delicious. The service was ok, but the ambiance was beautiful. The place is very modern with a trendy look. Note: May have to wait for seating for an hour in a half or if you get lucky sit at the bar without waiting. They have a kiosk where you can order limited items from their menu if you do not want to wait. Plenty of seating. I will be back to try other food items.

Loved our dining experience. My mother and I appreciated our server Fernanda's fantastic customer service, kindness and welcoming smile. Ms. Fernanda offered positive comments on many menu items. We thank her and hopewe have the privilege to be seated in her section again. Five stars for Ms. Fernanda.

I ordered the 2 egg plate with country potatoes and sourdough toast. The eggs arrived and they are clearly not over easy, not even over medium. These yolks had been ruptured in the kitchen and cooked hard. Hard and dry. I cut into pieces, thinking I would just eat them, but they were beyond.The sourdough toast came out....basically untoasted. So just to get something in my stomach, I ate a piece of the bread (not toast) and the potatoes. The potatoes were not bad. The waitress never came back to ask how our meal was. Just came at the end to give us our bill.My meal companion had the breakfast burrito and said that it was okay, nothing wrong, nothing spectacular, it was fine.I did mention to the waitress about my meal, that I didn't eat. Oh well. $45 for food that was not cooked properly at all. I won't be going back here. :( Such a shame since they closed down the Rock & Brews upstairs....not much more I can chose from.

Front receptions were horrible. There were 3 ladies and 1 was doing all the work a. Took 2 hours to get my order and receive a message that my order was ready and still wait over 30 mins. They didn't even checked and they were just talking about their personal problems.NOT WORTH IT!!!
