I like that they change their menu up all the time. You won't get bored eating it. As a Yelper, I can't eat the same thing over and over. Other meal prep companies serve the SAME boring thing over and over- I can't do that. Not Seize! And all the calories are counted for you so you can put it in your app if you're counting calories. This is a local food prep company serving the Inland Empire. I first found out about Seize through a coworker who knows the delivery person of this company. I was looking for a way to eat healthier since I've been too busy with full time school, work, married life, two dogs, a rabbit and other commitments I have. I tend to cook from scratch and I haven't been able to commit to the time necessary to make meals according to my standards. Their website is super easy to navigate. For Rancho Cucamonga residents the delivery option is not available. However, you can pick up your order at Self-Made gym. That is what I've been doing. The menu changes every two weeks, and I like that you can get a wide variety of meals. I did have an issue one time, but they took care of it immediately and offered me a bonus to make up for it. I was impressed by their level of customer service. The portions are just right. The key to my weight loss this year has been shrinking my portion sizes and eating to be satisfied. It's helped me lose 15 pounds, along with exercising. I've always worked out but combining it with nutrition has been amazing for my waistline. Seize meals is such a convenient way, with reasonable prices to help you achieve eating healthier without compromising your precious time. I'm definitely a fan. I hope this company doesn't change what it is already doing right.

Just want to share this amazing meal prep company that has provided me some of the best tasting food I've had!! There meals have kept me on track and have been a huge role in my weight loss, great meals to choose from , great customer service! You will not be disappointed, they make it so easy for someone who's busy & has no time! Thank you for your time and love that go into all these delicious meals!!

My husband and I work a lot and do not have time to make meals at home. Before Seize Meals we would eat out a lot, making unhealthy choices for lunch and dinner. It got to a point where, we decided we needed to do something about it. We chose Seize Meals because we wanted to make the switch, eat healthier than before and love how Seize Meals gets creative with their meals. Seize Meals changes up their menu every two weeks and I am always excited to try it all! I feel so at ease and no longer have to stress about cooking. I know with Seize Meals we are making healthier choices and we have something healthy to eat for lunch and dinner. It is nice to not have to think about cooking or knowing what we will eat week after week, if we have the ingredients at home, etc.. I love the portions, taste and fact that its all nutritious!

This is the best service ! I'm a working mom and the amount of time this has saved me , not even mentioning the time saved commuting to and from my local grocery store, this company makes it convenient, and I feel so much better giving the kids this instead of fast food. I ordered my first package a few weeks ago and the flavor was was so good, better than the other companies I have tried. I like that the menu isn't always the same, and the packaging isn't big and bulky either so it fits. The customer service is really great, and I like that they run promotions every now and then. We just got a pack of bang with our last order and I had never tried them before so that was nice. Highly recommend if your busy !

Me and my wife have a newborn and a toddler at home so cooking food is nearly impossible. We started ordering meals for each of us and love them! It is nice not having to think about what we are going to eat and just having it delivered. Great portions and great nutrition and most importantly they taste good! Highly recommend.

Good luck! Had the food delivered to my house instead of the gym option because the gym I used for pick ups wasn't always open. Home delivery wasn't any better. First time I left a chair out so the food can be placed on the chair instead of the floor. But for some reason the delivery person couldn't figure that out. Second time I left a large insulated bag with cooling packs to keep the food cool. That didn't work either. The delivery person again left my food on the floor to sit in the heat. The third time I left an ice chest with ice packs on a chair. Again the delivery person left my food on the floor in the heat. Each time I contacted the owner and they assured me the issue would be fixed. Well they can't seem to fix the issue so I canceled my subscription. Going with Freshly meals. They know how to deliver your food in cooling containers and the price is the relatively the same.

Seize meals is the best! Having 2 jobs makes it extremely difficult to meal prep. I am so thankful I found somewhere local that can take the load off my busy schedule.

Life changing. If I could give this 1000000 stars I would. Theyr convenient. Tastes amazing! HELPS YOU LOOSE WEIGHT! Not compromise the taste of good food! The price is unbeatable. Service is exceptional. Pickup service is easy. If you need to make changes extremely easy as well! Amazing :)
