The food is sub par , they burnt my pizza and it wasn't even busy , the mac n cheese was pretty much watery cheese soup. Customer service sucks the older lady who works there is so rude and will try to con you out of items that you PAID for if they mess up your order, an elderly lady was trying to use a coupon and had questions and she literally asked her "so are you going to order something or just stand in front my register" I was so appalled at this behavior I wish I could give 0 stars. Go somewhere else this place sucks.

After we did some shopping, we ordered a quick lunch before hitting the road.SERVICE - The guys working here were nice. Took our order quickly and got them right out.FOODPepperoni with Jalapeños - Standard slice of pizza. They pop it into the oven before they served it so you do get a little crispy crust which was great.Mac & Cheese - I was eyeballing this so tried my friend's order. It looked very good and cheesy. However, the sauce was on the watery side and the noodles were slightly undercooked. Average mall food so if you go in knowing that, it was fine.

We cameBy to order 2 large pizzas and they were really nice and rushed to make us food for a party were were attending, while still helping everyone else in line. We are thankful for their great customer service and rapid turnaround on the pizza.

No stars given if I had too. Nothing against SBARROS PIZZA, I've always loved the pizza here . Only thing against sbarros is the people they hired at this location. Today at 5:10pm my fiance and I walked up to the old lady there to order a large pepperoni pizza. And listen before I start I normally don't leave reviews when I get bad customer service I don't like to give anyone my time. But first of all the old lady at this location right away had an attitude, didn't even greet us with a smile! so we said thank you we will wait for our pizza. She said 15-20 mins wait. Didn't mind. But yes things happen we noticed she was by herself and she got a rush of ppl. Mind you we were sitting right in front of the sbarros. With my own eyes I seen the old lady open the oven and take out our fresh pizza from the oven took a piece out and gave it to the next customers that had just ordered. Once we noticed me and my fiance walked up and young kid came out from the back, I believe his name is Albert as listed on receipt, we tell him we are waiting for our pizza, right away the old lady was rushing and was re doing a new pizza to put in the oven for us, and now we have to wait another 15 mins. So I was trying not to be upset but I told the kid that we've started waiting at 5:10 pm and we seen her grab a slice out of our freshly patiently waiting pizza- kid didn't seem like he cared . The old lady had her back turned the whole time, didn't even look at us!! I come from working in customer service for 12 years, it doesn't matter where,but I face the customer on a daily with complaints and I apologize. This old lady didn't, her excuse was she had a rush. I don't care!!! that is not an excuse why you should give our pizza to someone else. Sounds so ridiculous arguing so I didn't bother. We said fine we will wait patiently for 15 mins again for our pizza. We had to ask if we can get something for the wait and they stood quite then the kid asked the old lady and old Lady told the kid to tell us we can get a free salad . Again she didn't face us to tell us sorry or if we would like anything we had to ask if we can get something for waiting, we just asked if we can get a drink instead of salad. Once our pizza was ready she still had her back towards us and yelled "pizza" instead of providing great customer service and saying "your pizza is ready" directly and again if she would of apologized maybe this review won't be posted. But again bad customer service from the old lady and the kid Albert. Who cares if you think other ppl won't care for your apology but maybe it would have made this experience better than how she left it! so they need to train ppl to smile and treat ppl with respect and own up to their mistakes. To the old lady, there "maybe if customer service is not your thing go work somewhere else". I hope she is not the manager. We ended up leaving close to 545 close to almost 6 not going to lie. We still said thank you and left. I don't know if ppl read reviews anymore but please look out for your pizza, seems like we gotta do the old lady job.

Customer service here is trash. Old lady there needs to be trained for customer service. She seemed busy but when I walked up she just had her back turned. Ugly attitude. My pizza was cold too.

This place needs a cooking lesson on how to make meatballs and spaghetti, my husband and I ordered this dish to go. Got home to eat and the spaghetti sauce was very watery, so watery I thought they made a mistake and gave me tomato soup instead. The meatballs had no flavor to them, the whole dish was just bland. But I saved the meal by pouring off their sauce into the garbage disposal then adding my spaghetti sauce with Italian sausages in it along with my own spices. I would advise people not to eat here it's really bad, take your money and by a meal worth eating.
