Santiagos Taco Shop

This is an easy to write 5 star review. Santiago's is small and in a nondescript strip just off the freeway, but it is elite. It was busy at 9am but the employees were working hard and handling it well. I got a chorizo breakfast burrito that was less than $10 & perfect- excellent tortilla, full of meat, paired with flavorful salsas. I'll stop by anytime I'm close. Delicious.

Machaca con huevo : So damn good I forgot to take a pic, this had to be one of the best machaca plates I have had. The tortilla de harina was also amazing I would definitely recommend this plate. Also the salsa bar was great!

A coworker recently recommended this place and told me this place had the best breakfast burrito he ever had. So after work I decided to make the drive and try it out. It wasn't as good as I expected. I bought a sausage burrito and chorizo burrito and ate half of each. I wasn't blown away. I would buy another burrito from here but only if I'm in the area. I wouldn't make the drive up here again for a breakfast burrito.

Amazing food, great service. Prices are a tad high, however it's worth it! They also have an open salsa bar with unlimited cups and baggies to choose at your preference.

Staff has snarky attitudes and don't admit mistakes. Check your order before you leave!

Five stars all the way for this amazing taco place. Found this driving home the other day and wow it was delicious. Ordered carnitas tacos and also marinated pork torta. Both were delicious and truly authentic. Tasted super fresh and the portion size was generous. Usually you find the best tacos via a small hole in the wall taco stand or from a random food truck. This place has both the delicious Mexican food and also a clean atmosphere. Friendly staff and excellent service I will be back

We came back again! :DPlaced the order in person to bring the food home. We ordered hot cheetos burrito, pastor burrito, and cabeza tacos! The hot cheetos burrito is very consistant, really good and very filling! The pastor is juicy and delicious. It gets messy, thats how juicy it was! Have a plate and napkin handy. And the cabeza! Wow. This was my 2nd time trying cabeza tacos and this one literally melts in my mouth after every bite. I regret not getting more. Hahaha but there's always a next time!

We were looking for something fresh to eat on our way home and the reviews called to us. Unfortunately it was a flop. They are located next to a liquor store on a dark street. It looks promising when you enter, but ultimately I've had better. It was taco Tuesday so we decided to order 4 tacos of cabeza, carnitas, and Al pastor per the cashiers recommendation. It was quite a bit of a wait since there is only 1 chef. You prepare your own condiments at the bar while you wait. The red salsa is HOTTT is use with caution because well.. you'll see later. The avocado sauce was sooo watery. Overall the tacos were ok. It lacked flavor and really didn't taste like anything unless drenched in sauce
