Salvaged Treasures

What a cute shop full of treasures!! Nice place to stop by, look around and find an antique treasure! They also had clothing and unique pieces. It's located in the downtown Riverside area!!

My mother is a TREASURE. She's brought me into a thousand stores like this ever since the early 70's. But I have to tell you something, from a person that doesn't love these type of stores ---- this one is my favorite. Not too cluttered, not too folksy, not too weird -- simply pitch perfect. The owner and her staff have a way about them, always welcoming, never pushy about product.This last Spring my Mom visited from the East Coast. I was so lucky to have found this store before her arrival. She agreed that it was wonderful and checked out every last inch of the place. We were easily there for an hour.Weeks later my Mom took a bad fall. My family flew in from out of state and got her to the right hospitals and the right Doctors and she's now doing okay. Her memory had been damaged in the fall and so I was asking her questions about her recent Inland Empire visit. She remembered visiting this store but not the name of it. That's when I realized I didn't know it either.When I found it was called SALVAGED TREASURES, just WOW. My family had salvaged our Mom -- our treasure -- and I felt honored to have visited such a place with such a person.

Excellent customer service. Came here for Annie Sloan chalk paint. The owner was sweet and patient and I love that they are open on Sundays

This store has not only the Annie Sloan paint I was looking for but so many home decor finds- I was amazed by the inventory! The owner is by far the best at customer service and she has many items for home decorating that my friend and I could not resist! If you are looking for a gift or for an item for your home, I highly recommend this store for variety and classy decor. You won't be disappointed!
