This is a nice find for some mom and pop style Mexican food that serves up a pretty mean breakfast burrito. We stopped by this place to pick up some breakfast on the way to Big Bear because it looked authentic and we weren't in the mood for fast food. It is conveniently located off the 215 North with it's own parking lot, which makes it easy for a quick pickup. Because honestly, this ain't exactly the part of town you'd want to spend time in.The food however was solid. My kids enjoyed their chicken plate with beans and rice and the asada torta was well made and tasty. The breakfast burrito was the big winner here though, loaded with some well seasoned meat, eggs and potatoes on a deliciously flaky tortilla. One sign of an authentic Mexican restaurant is the unrestricted heat they use in their salsas, and the roja sauce here was pretty fire. Bringing a bit more heat than the average Gringo can handle, it paired beautifully with my hefty burrito. It ain't much to look at, but the next time you're heading up to Big Bear, skip the fast food and give this place a try.

The patio is so pleasant with all the green plants around. My kid tried their blt and fries and they actually have really good fries! We also had shrimp tacos, taco Felix, and tostada ceviche (shrimp). Service was excellent, food was great, and all at a good price. Also, if you like cats, we were visited by two on the patio

This used to be my favorite place to order burritos from but because of tonight's order, that's definitely gonna change. I took a bite of my burrito and bit down on something really hard. I spit it out to investigate and found pieces of hard plastic in it. This has never happened before and I'm extremely disappointed and disgusted. Never ordering from here again.
