I read they make their bread FRESH and I can confirm, the bread is amazing. It's a perfect blend of crunch with a soft interior. The pork was slightly crispy on the outside and tender as well. And the salted coffee was also sooooo good. I'm happy to see this new place up and I'll definitely be pointing my friends and coworkers their direction. Support small businesses!!

I was craving pho on a rainy day this Saturday so decided to stop by.The Beef pho was extremely flavorful! I also tried the pork bánh mi and it was the best one I've had locally in a long time! The pork was delicious with the crunchy skin it was so good! Sugar cane juice was so refreshing and delicious as well. Service was friendly. I will be coming back often.

Food is freash and hits the spot all the time ... freash baked bread nicely stuffed bhan mi sandwiches better than other places. The spring rolls perfect plus individually wrapped so they wont stick together is smart. What can i say ...its good food you need to try especially their in house made chili oil mmmm not extremely hot but the right heat.

Just found this place offering whole fried fish with reasonable price. Staff's very friendly. Place 's clean and nice displayed but no tables available to sit down due to no restroom in the unit.

So happy to have found this little Vietnamese shop here in Redlands. I am Vietnamese and am from the Bay Area, so I am always craving Vietnamese foods, especially ones that I can easily grab to go. I got the banh mi heo quay (roasted pork). It was tasty! Very flavorful. I wish they added more veggies and toasted my sandwich bread more. I toasted it at home and it tasted much better. While I prefer the heo quay to be crispy, (this place did not have crispy heo quay) it still tasted good.I also got a tofu banh mi. They don't have it listed on the menu, but it is an option after we asked. My partner also wished it had more vegetables, but says the flavor of the tofu was really good. I also got the Vietnamese coffee. It was very delicious! It is on the sweeter side. Next time, I would ask for less sweetener.I would go back!

Love this new Vietnamese food to go spot! Their banh mi is baked in house. My sister and I ordered a few things from their menu and loved all of it! Food tasted authentic. The Bo kho beef stew is so flavorful, better than my grandmas!

What a cute takeout place with delicious Bahn Mi sandwiches. The friendly owners popped out side to greet us on our way in. The inside was a store with a few specialty food items and an ordering area. We ordered two bahn mi sandwiches. All the food is to go there are no tables. The cashier invited me to take a seat in the waiting area while they make my order. I enjoyed looking at the pretty lanterns that did give this a good alley feel. The other owner came out to say hello too. Everyone go here! The flavor is epic! Best Bahn me I have had outside of Little Saigon. Juicy pork, perfect pickle, spicy basil and I liked that they added cucumber. All around a solid lunch choice. I hope it becomes the most popular spot in town.
