Round 1 is an enjoyable arcade and bowling destination that offers a range of entertainment options. What stands out is the variety of arcade games available during the 90-minute (Club Member) or 60-minute (Regular Member) "All You Can Play" session. Priced at $10 on Fri-Sun and $8 on Mon-Thurs, it's a reasonable deal for a gaming spree. There were much more options in comparison to other Round 1 I've been to. The assortment of choices ensures that there's something for everyone, making it an ideal spot for friends to gather and have a blast. The claw machines are both enjoyable and challenging. I was able to win a few plushies with a couple swipes. Not much luck with the larger plushies. Attractive arcade offerings and pricing come with slight room for improvement. Occasionally, some machines might be out of order, but the courteous staff, clean environment, and overall pleasant atmosphere make this Round 1 a fun spot to hang out with friends.

I've frequented Round 1 Arcade several times and generally had a good experience. Currently, they're undergoing renovations and updating their game selection, which is exciting. However, I believe these changes should ideally occur outside of business hours as it can be challenging to navigate during the process. During my recent visit, my partner and I spent most of our time enjoying Guitar Hero. If you're a local in MoVal/Riverside and haven't visited yet, I highly recommend it for some fun. We went during the day while our kids were in school, and it provided a calm atmosphere. Keep in mind, it can get quite lively and crowded during evenings and weekends. It is located inside the Moreno Valley mall, which can be ideal if you're also looking to do some shopping while you're there! Will update my review once renovations are done.

Great customer service. Been here a handful of times and always have a great time. The entrance to the mall is on the first floor where the big bowling pin is. Once you enter go straight and you'll see the escalators. You'll see signs and arrows It's on the second floor. On the north side facing the freeway. We've played the arcade games and what a blast. Some of the claw games seemed blocked so I would maybe survey the playing field before you put your tokens in. They even have some rare games located at the front right area. We've played pool here and it was great. I think they had 8 tables. Fortunately we went on a day that wasn't busy. The staff came and turned the tvs on without us even asking they checked on us service was friendly.Food was served hot. you order on the kiosks across from the pick up counter. We went to grab a table and then picked up our food. Enjoyed our time and made another fun memory. You are who you are by virtue of the company you keep - T. B. Joshua

Horribly expensive and machines are clearly rigged. Some are worse than others, but I'll never be back. I can't imagine someone going there with more than 2 kids. You'd have to take a second mortgage. Do better!!!

We checked out Round 1 this afternoon for the first time and it's safe to say it'll be our last time. We spent $50 on a bunch of rigged claw games with ultra-weak claws that will never let you win. The big claw games are 14 credits while the little ones are 9 credits. This chews up your $50 within 25 minutes. It was an utter waste of money. The manager was walking around keeping an eye on customers to make sure they don't cheat. If you're coming to play the claw games, just save your money and go to the Miniso downstairs and actually buy yourself something.

This used to be my favorite place to play bowling with friends and family . It was the all in one spot, they offered the arcades , bar, food , billiards, pool and karaoke. Unfortunately, in recent years the prices have been rising and the quality in service has declined . The food is not good at all and bowling tends to get very busy during the weekends so wait times get longer and longer . I recommend visiting bowlero bowling down the street if you're interested in a fun and welcoming environment .

Strike!!!!! We came here for a night of fun. The bowling is what drew us in and we indulged in much more than we bargained for. This place is a wanna be Dave and Buster's. It does not even compare to that though. Dave and Buster's is better hands down. Round 1 in Moreno Valley is pretty similar to Big Al's if you have been there. The lanes filled up pretty quick. We were lucky to grab a lane. We were hoping for unlimited but I guess they only do that on Thursdays. So we paid for two hours of bowling for a small group of 4. It was $120 for all of us to bowl for 2 hours. That included rental shoes for each of us. You walk over to the lockers and hit the button for your shoes size. When you are done with your shoes, they go in the return shoes slot. We had lots of fun bowling! Plenty of sizes and weights for the bowling balls. We ordered a cheese pizza while we bowled and a pitcher of soda. The soda was not cold, since they had no ice. The cheese pizza was really good!We ended up playing some of the arcade games too and of course we had to hit the photo booth. Because as soon as I saw the photo booth, we had to do it! Lol there's a couple of photo booths and those were super fun. I'll post the photos. Cons; they ran out of ice. So they were giving people pitchers of water that were room temperature. This sucked. Especially since it got really hot in there when you were bowling. We were all sweating a lot and just wanted some cold refreshing water to hydrate. We had to settle for room temperature water in a pitcher. Sadness. The temperature in the bowling area was not cool enough. I know it was really hot outside- in the 90's but we should be comfortable and cool while bowling/ inside the establishment. Those were our only complaints; no ice and the temperature being warm. Other than that, we had lots of fun!

I believe this is the only Round 1 in the desert? I always like taking a look at these and seeing how they shape up to the others that I have visited and the closest one to me. Prices are the same for all of them, though I'm not so sure if you can cross use member cards for different locations (it would suck if you can't...). Since the MV mall is a bit aged and dingy (with lots of closed shops), this Round 1 is bumping with people. I thought it was hilarious that there was a sign saying that kids can't be on their own after 3 PM. I don't think I've ever seen this happen at any other location, so maybe parents are just ditching them here using the workers as baby sitters? Don't do that !! There's a good variety of prizes here. Anime and cute character goods from Japan and some western things too. For the arcade games, there is also a good mix of variety in terms of genre and Asian vs. Western titles. Funny that the rhythm section is all off in one corner. Unfortunately there's only 2 purikura photo booths. I'm sure this Round 1 location used to be a different arcade or something based on the carpet's aged design, so it IS a bit cramped here. Due to the area limitations, some game titles only have 1 booth, so I can only imagine when it's super busy and you're waiting in line to use the only Wacca machine for example.

The staff was rude, condescending and flat out racist towards Asians. They refused to provide chopsticks. They were clearly within our sight but the manager outright said they didn't have and that we should just use forks instead. This manager should be fired. Additionally the bowling lane kept getting jammed.

Horrible service. The people at the cash register denied to give us utensils of any kind. I would not recommend this place as they were rude and incompetent people. The people refused to let us eat, and when one of our party found a hair in their food, they completely invalidated our claims and called us liars. The employees are very rude and should be fired.
