The service is awful. They didn't want to give us ranch for both our salad and our dragon platter. We asked for double mozzarella sticks, no jalapeno poppers, yet there are jalapeno poppers. No plastic to prevent our pizza cheese from coming off onto the box. I drive 30+ minutes to get there, and they aren't courteous enough to make sure i arrive home and am actually satisfied. Extremely disappointed. There's better ways to spend so much money.

Round Table is surprisingly good for a chain pizza restaurant. My husband and I love the gourmet veggie pizza. It's got artichokes hearts, mushrooms and zucchini, which sounds a little odd. It's delicious! I like that you can customize the crust, we prefer thin. You pay more than with some of the other pizza chains, but the quality is evident. The place is clean, we've always had friendly service. And the kids like the games.

I called in an order and was told it would take 30 minutes. It only took me 10 minutes to get to the resturant. I knew that I was early, so I sat in my car for a while. It took awhile to be acknowledged that I was even standing there at the counter. A young girl finally came up to inqurie what I needed. I told her that I had called in an order. She stated that it was readly. I looked in the box and wondered why it looked very dry and not very appealing. I paid for it and took it home.Mind you, it has been raining for days and days, I braved the weather to get this pizza. My husband made a face when we sat down to enjoy what I hoped it would taste better than it looked. We could only eat one piece each. It was burnt and very dry.I've taken this particular pizza restaurant off my go to list.

The absolute worst service! I called an order and was told 20 mins. I get there and the woman at the front says 20 more minutes. Than claims they don't take phone orders there, but they magically have my order and are making it! Avoid this place at all costs!Lmao! So Round Table leaves a comment on here that I should email them, yet I did, the same night I left this review and was never contacted! So their comment is purely for show! AVOID this place

My husband and I go to pizza spot in our neighborhood. We have only ever had 1 issue with this place but they fixed it when my husband went in. We love their online account thing. We earn tons of points and get free appetizers all the time and coupons left and right. They're on the pricey side but totally worth it. Well made always with quality meat.

this location is horrible. ive had several issues with location either there wait time is LONGER than the website or they never made my order. After paying i was told it would be another 25 min wait because they are short staffed. The worse service experience, the cashier Trisha is so clueless and only there to press the keys at the register, hoping she is not the manager especially because of her behavior. She was unable to answer basic questions about the food menu and had nasty attitude. I will never return to spend any time or my hard earned money. We were here for an hour and half and sat next to a dirty table that was not cleaned since we walked in. Was forced to put one star in order to post.

First of all I have to drive 30 minutes to get here. I always order pick up. How come I order the new Dragons Bounty and ask for marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks. She tells me they're out. How TF do you make pizzas with no marinara. She was FLAT OUT LAZY and didn't want to get me something that wasn't ready already. I ordered 2 large pan pizzas. I didn't get pan I got regular, burned crust. 60$+ and this is what I get. Pure and utter There are places to spend your hard earned money and here is not it!

Food is good, a bit overpriced but I always have a good time. The environment is also friendly and calm. My problem isn't with the food or place itself. My problem is that service is always slow every single time I go but because they're heavily understaffed. I have to wait very long for my food and I always see the workers stressed and in a rush. I don't blame them, staff your employees better.
