Ambiance:Upon arriving, there's a decent amount of parking as they share a lot with other businesses. When entering the restaurant, I was met with a pleasant welcome and an opportunity to sit anywhere within the vicinity of the bar area or choose to opt in for sit down table within the main dining area. I chose to sit at a high top table near the bar. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. The lightning and ambiance was amazing as well as you'll see in the pictures below. They have plenty of seating inside and outside. Outside, they also have a few TVs so you could enjoy your favorite team playing as well as outdoor heaters in case it gets a bit chilly. Those are nice accommodations that many places don't have.Food:They have a great selection of food choices that you could choose from within their menu. I'd say that you should come hungry because this place is also known for the great portions when it comes to their food which is a nice change of pace when it comes to visiting restaurants of this caliber. Out of all the great selections, I ended up choosing the San Francisco Burger. This burger has a seasoned beef patty, applewood smoked bacon, pepper jack cheese, grilled onions, lettuce, tomatoes with jalapeño relish and thousand island dressing on grilled Parmesan toast. I usually like to get sourdough; but this crispy Parmesan toast was a nice addition to the overall taste and paired quite nicely with the rest of the ingredients within the burger. I also chose to treat myself to some tasty onion rings. They had a nice breading to them and the onions were crunchy and thickly sliced the way I like them.(Refer to the picture below) The burger and side did not disappoint. Layered with quality ingredients, you could tell that their food is made fresh to order and handled with care. The presentation was amazing and I fully enjoyed eating it. Although, I didn't get myself an alcoholic drink, they have a full bar going in addition to plenty of beers on tap for you to enjoy.Service:Being that I am quite the joke teller, everyone in the restaurant came by my table to say hello and receive a joke of the day throughout my time there. I appreciated the interactions with everybody. They were so friendly and wanted to ensure that my experience there was excellent along with hearing a personalized joke of the day. A real home style family vibe was going on and I was appreciative of it. Lupita was my server, she was friendly and welcoming as well. It helped the entire experience knowing that everyone who was there was quite hospitable, courteous and helpful regardless if they were my server. Lastly, I was able to talk to one of the managers there named Julio. He displayed good professionalism and class. You can tell he takes pride in his work and in supporting his staff. That's awesome to see in a manager and I hope for his continued success in maintaining an awesome restaurant.All in all, they have my vote as one of the best places to eat at when you're within Chino Hills. Roscoes in Chino Hills is still cooking up delicious food and providing great service. The staff greeted us with a smile and seated us promptly. Our party of 4 plus baby was comfortable and happy with the table which was spacious and with nice views of the screens and dining room. The dining room is decorated with an eclectic array of americana and similar memorabilia. There's even a fire truck in there.Our food was overall very delicious, hot and with generous portions. Only black star would be that the fries were in the cold/stale side. Everything else was very very good. I've been coming here for years, and will be coming back for years to come.

Located in a small strip mall, Roscoe is a sport/bar gill. The setting and menu is very similar to Heroes Restaurant. On game days, expect this place to be really loud, but a great place to hang out and have fun. They also have outdoor seating .We ordered from the brunch weekend menu: Steak & Eggs, Avocado Toast, and brisket burrito. Portions were huge and everything tasted so good. The service was great and checked on how we were doing regularly and if we needed anything. Parking was a little difficult as the location shares the parking lot with other businesses.

What a great little spot with big drinks and big dishes! Came here on a whim with a friend last yr and now it's our spot every time we meet up! Guaranteed to have a great time with good service. The vibe is chill perfect for friendly get togethers! Parking isn't an issue as it's located in a mini plaza and close to the fwy! Do I recommend Yes! Will we be back most definitely! Cheers enjoy!

Went for drinks first at the bar. Bartender made good drinks. The second bartender mixed up the first round of drinks and added them to my total bill and I had paid already. Then when we were sitting on patio even though we were all at different tables my husband realized they charged an automatic gratuity. I hadn't caught that the first time when buying drinks and left a 20% tip. The service was slow I think they need more help. The nachos were good! Our friends enjoyed their meals and drinks. The beer was a little pricey for beer. Still go back give another try.

Portions are decently huge, great for date night. Interior décor is pleasant. Service is sometimes amazing and sometimes it's a bit slow. Nicholas' Meatballs- juicy and flavorful. Smothered in ton of marinara sauce. Carolina BBQ Mac & Cheese- we chose pulled pork and everything came together perfect, mac and cheese is very creamy. Large portion to share or even just your own entrée.

First time listener, long time caller! My wife's old stomping grounds and it didn't disappoint...ambiance was great with a very huge sports vibe. We went in the day of the Dodger parade and the LA was in the air...it was great nonetheless! We enjoyed the burnt ends with garlic steak fries! Great flavor, insane portion and good beer! I had a spicy michelada and my wife had a dirty martini that hit the absolute spot! She had been talking about a dirty martini all week and I appreciate that she didn't leave feeling like it missed the mark! Service was on point with someone coming around every few minutes making sure we're set and always enjoying our company rather than looking for help! Really cool spot, really great food and drinks! We Weere down in SoCal for a couple of days and were going to meet a friend for a drink. She recommended Roscoe's so, there we went. Its a pretty big place with lost of tables and a bar with the same. We like the tall bar tables and were lucky enough to get the last one available. It was about 8P and the police was hopping. It was pretty darn crowded and the place was full of energy! They have a wide variety of food - it's a deli - so it's also sold over the counter. We had already had dinner earlier - but wanted to get a drink. We were fortunate to get a server named Matthew. It makes it easy to remember because that's my name. My friend ordered a bowl of clam chowder and a Red Tractor Cadillac Margarita. The Wife had the Chile Mango Margarita and I had the Brewery X Dictionary Hazy IPA. The Red Tractor Margarita was very attractive, excellent flavor, and a good sized portion as well. The Chile Mango Margarita was extra attractive and colorful. It was too sweet for my tastes, but the wife thought it was very good. I really enjoyed The Dictionary Hazy IPA. I'm a big fan of the Hazy's and this one did not disappoint. The Clam chowder was a good sized bowl and VERY Tasty. It spiked MY hunger so I decided to get a plate of good old fashioned French Fries. WOW. A very large plate of HOT big steak type fries - which I enjoyed immensley. The service provided by Matthew was excellent. He stopped by to check on us often but not too much.So the service was very good. The atmosphere is electric. It's a little difficult to have conversation, the noise level is pretty high. It's very clean. there are a lot of staff members busily bussing tables, and keeping the place looking good. The restrooms were very clean - that's always a good sign. We'll definitely be back.

I have been here multiple times throughout the years it's one of our family favorites. The portions are good size, you will definitely need a "to-go" box. One of my favorite appetizers is the cheese bread! So good you have to try it. This place is always a great vibe especially during baseball or football season. Service has always been on point and that's honestly part of why we keep coming back. Staff is always friendly and makes sure you are taken care of. I love the Bloody Mary drinks here and so many of the dishes I have tried have been excellent. During good weather you can also sit in the patio and enjoy the outdoors. Definitely recommend. Family friendly as well.

Nice and good decor. The food servings are large. The prices are average but affordable. I have come here twice and the food was average each time. There are plenty of staff and the bar is a large square shape. I had the Philly Sandwich the second time with an included side. It was good and had a lot of cheese on the top. The ice tea glass was like over 32oz. And a great serving for the price. I had breakfast the first time and the potatoes were overcooked and we were told that they didn't have jelly for our toast. But, they do have jelly, it's hidden. I had a large slice of ham, bacon, sausage, eggs and toast. Not bad, I guess. Some small adjustments and this place can be fantastic! Adjustments in regards to the food prep.
