You won't beat this BBQ in the I.EWas back home on vacation and stumbled across this little food trailer and it was the best meal of my trip. If you want legit BBQ try this!!!!!!

My husband and i live near by and we saw this bbq food truck. We finally had a chance to stop and try it. In my experience food trucks fall either one of two ways (amazing or terrible), and i am super happy to say that this place fell into the amazing category!! Never ever in all my life have i had ribs soooo incredibly tender!!! I usually like a lot of sauce on my ribs, but these didnt need it at all as the ribs were prefect just as they are. Im not sure if they are marinated the night before, or what he does to them, but damn they are delicious ribs!!! Tender, flavorful, filling.I also had options of 2 sides (mac & cheese, potato salad, or baked beans). I did mac n cheese and it was also phenomenal!!! The noodles arent super soft (i hate when they are really soggy) and the cheese is strong. Its not a creamy mac n cheese, but more of a buttery cheesy mac if that makes sense.I will definitely be coming back. It is important to note that they only have those 4 items (ribs, mac n cheese, baked beans, and potato salad). If you like ribs at any capacity, you will absolutely LOVE these. If you have never had ribs before be warned, these are high quality ribs so if this is ur first rib, the bar is set VERY high lol.

You can't eat just 2!! The ribs are so flavorful, they fall off the bone. The mac&cheese is cheesy and the baked beans are perfect. It's really like being at a backyard bbq with your favorite grill master.Try it!!! You won't regret it.
