I love this place! Our family is big on party's! Everything My wife and I have rented from here has been VERY clean and in great condition! They really take their time and take pride in their Supply's, they have a huge variety of linen and if they do not have the color that we are looking for the owner will hand make them press them and package them to accommodate my wife's vision...this is the reason we will never choose another party supply, very clean jumpers aswell! Nice people and reliable!

We called in a large order for a baby shower. They delivered clean, very nice quality tables, chairs, and Canopy. Delivered early and fast setup. Recommended to anyone needing party supplies!

Totally bad service! I called for pricing the man who answered was in a hurry. I wanted some prices for tables, chairs and decor. He didn't want to help. He said he could not give me any pricing over the phone. I asked him why and he got aggressive and said he doesn't like to waste his time on the phone with people who aren't going to promise to rent. I hung up on him. Mind you I'm a serious buyer. I'm planning a big event and was really interested !! He totally just lost a customer. Rude rude and rude.

Recently moved to Montclair and used them for small parties and a much bigger party recently at my grandmas house. Very very satisfied with their service and product. There prices are good and they are professional. They showed up on time when they said and made everything very easy for me, they're reliable and I'll be using them from now on!

I've been a customer of theirs for several years now. I've rented tables, chairs, bouncers and heaters; everything has been in good condition. I've found them to be reliable and have fair pricing. They've recently shut down there office location but are still taking orders over the phone and via text. This initially made me nervous since I usually liked to place orders in person however, I've never been given a reason to not trust them. They've always been on time for delivery and are courteous on the phone when arranging pickup. I can't say enough positive things about them. I'll never go anywhere else for my party rentals.

What kind of business tells you to call on a saturday the day of rental to order your stuff and then does Not answer your phone call.

Wow! I'm very surprised that there is reviews like this about this store. Not only are the staff at RSP very professional, but they are truly good people. As a repeat customer that has used every single one of their rental items without incident, on numerous occasions. They have worked with me on delivery and pick up times due to my own hectic career schedule. They have, by far the best quality rental supplies around and for the prices they have I was amazed. I do hope the negative posts are not taken too seriously because as adults we all know some people aren't happy, no matter what they get, and will try to say or do anything to get either a discount or something for free. Rojas Party Supplies is a 5 star store.

They are great! Have used them many times for parties, renting tables, chairs, bouncer and linens. They deliver and pick up on time and are always courteous and helpful. Oh, and the prices are good too. Recommended them to my work for large summer events and they are doing well there too.
