Rockn’ Jay’s Italian Subs

My wife and I had their turkey sub.One of the best sub I have tasted. The ingredients are fresh and tasty. The bread has excellent bite and texture. The sauce and oil made it unique in a very delicious way. Highly recommend this place when you are hungry for a delicious sub. They also have large variety of delicious options.

I've been meaning to try Rock n' Jay's for a while just haven't ever done it but today was the day.I ordered delivery through an app, so l do not know how the service was inside, or how the places looked. I purchased the Ultimate Mafia Marriage and potato salad. The sandwich was big for the price. A lot of sandwich places charge this price for a much smaller sandwich. All toppings tasted premium, the meats, veggies, etc.. It was coated in oil and vinegar and was delicious. One of the best cold sandwiches l've had, or at least in a long time.We typically have gone to Board and Brew for sandwiches but I think at least for cold sandwiches will be going to Rock N' Jay's from now on because it was better than any cold sandwich l've had at b&b by far.

First time at this place. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the employee, he was able to answer my question especially because it was my first time there. The place was empty however there were several orders to go. They have serval seating and the place was clean and organized. We order the Chilli spaghetti which was different but yummy. We also order a sub. The portions are definitely shareable.

I asked for a Pastrami Sandwich, with only cheese and Mayo and when I got home I saw that they gave me a Veggie sandwich instead. Threw it right in the trash.

Best sandwich ever. First time eating there was a very pleasant experience. Traditional deli sandwich. The Pastrami was out of this world. Serious Sandwich Making going on here. Well staffed.

Came in to this shop today for the first time, ordered a chicken parmigiana and a hot pastrami sandwich. Both were delicious! I asked for onions in my hot pastrami but they weren't in the sandwich, I didn't really like the Italian dressing they put on it but I can ask to not have it next time. Christian was nice, he offered us water cups because it was hot outside. Inside the restaurant was great, lots of seating available and the soda fountain was in the lobby. Decent prices, highly recommended.

It had been a few years since I had been to Rockn' Jenny's and I had not realized that they changed their name. I don't know if this means that they changed owners or not, but unfortunately, this was not a good experience. I once loved their famous turkey sub and when we were in the shopping center where this sandwich shop is located recently my husband and I decided to give it another try. Of course I had to order the turkey sandwich. I also ordered an Italian wedding soup, and my husband ordered the Chicken Parmigiana Grinder. One of my favorite things about their sandwiches was the bread they used. I felt that their bread was different this time. I don't know if it was just me, or if, perhaps they didn't toast it as long, but it wasn't the same toasty bread I remembered. Although my sandwich wasn't bad, I couldn't quite pinpoint what was different about it. Just not as good as it once was. Nothing special. My Italian Wedding soup was okay, but a bit on the salty side. My husband, unfortunately was so dissatisfied with his sandwich that he decided he won't be coming back. He said his sandwich was so bad that he bit in to a piece that was chewy and inedible. It's too bad because this place used to be really good. The pluses were that the employees were friendly and hard at work, and although there were several customers dining in, there was still more than plenty of seating available. Another positive thing was that their prices were not bad. Maybe I just had a bad experience this time, but since my previous visit was also not the best, I think it's highly unlikely that I would return.

It's all good but the Turkey is regal . Honestly, this is a go too when in Temecula and wanting a sandwich. Plenty of choices and the bread fogetta boutit!

The sandwiches are fabulous. A very clean, affordable place with friendly staff. Highly recommend !

While visiting our local casino in Temecula, we decided to try a local sandwich shop. We searched Yelp and found Rockin' Jay's. The recent 5-star reviews were spot on.The restaurant was better than expected, it was very clean and the staff were welcoming and friendly. Our party of four ordered an array of different sandwiches to share and the staff brought our order to the table promptly. The sandwiches were AMAZING !!!All sandwiches came out on warm, fresh baked bread and packed with a substantial amount of delicious deli meats and veggies. The quality of ingredients was best in its class. We were all so pleased with our food, and only wish there was a Rockin' Jay's near our home in LA county.For reference we ordered; the Ultimate Mafia Marriage, the Gangster Reuben Pastrami, Famous Turkey, the Eggplant, and an order of garlic cheese bread. Their best seller "Turkey" was the BEST we've ever had, but my personal favorite was the Ultimate Mafia Marriage... We definitely recommend and encourage anyone interested in enjoying exceptional food to visit Rockin' Jay's, soon!!!
